Really good experience this afternoon for daughters birthday family meal. Food was excellent and everyone enjoyed - even the kids meals come out looking great with attention to detail. Service faultless. Birthday sing song appreciated. Back soon. Thanks
I've been here lots of times but my most recent visit didn't match the standard it's set before. Food is always great. Portion size, heat and flavour is good. Love the drama of the dry ice reveal too. Kingfisher on tap is a plus point. But the atmosphere was poor, there was nobody in there for the huge space which made it feel empty. There were too many staff on so they were all cleaning which made us feel like we were out staying our welcome. Going the loo was a shared experience with 3 staff members in there cleaning too. The guy who's stag it was had a whole pint of beer thrown over him (accidentally) but it was brushed off as a joke. It wasn't all bad, food service was quick and friendly, just a bit off the usual standard. Hopefully the next visit is better.
Fantastic meal for Father’s Day. From start to finish service, food and experience was great. Given it was Father’s Day they had plenty of staff - there was never a moment we were waiting but they also didn’t rush us through the door. Food was really good. Will be back.
Lovely restaurant inside and a great view next to the river. Food was nice but average, not the best i've ever had. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking on Waitrose carpark (up to 2 hours free). Staff were polite and friendly. Quick service, but did feel like we were rushed abit. Nice toilet facilities. Booked in advance however, you could just turn up (depending on how busy they are).
2024 went for 40th birthday meal and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and efficient. Food is just as delicious as always and never disappoints! 2023 - Super friendly and helpful staff, always a guaranteed pleaser with the food. Really enjoyed the flavours, depth and taste of everything. Starters were crispy no grease and the mains portions are always generous.
First time at this venue, amazing ambiance, staff very efficient and friendly. The menu is extensive and the food excellent. Very busy as you would expect 5 days before Xmas, and we did feel slightly under pressure to finish. We were asked several times if we had finished, hence 4 star not 5.

Food is absolutely delicious! I didn’t expect to find such a nice Indian restaurant in a small town like Northwich but everything exceeds my expectations! Nice view, nice decor, friendly staff and superb food. Will surely come back again.
Terrible service but food was good as always. Should’ve ordered the takeaway to avoid the terrible service and get 20% off while I’m at it. Waited nearly an hour for food with no explanation and when asked, the waiter responded “well it doesn’t look busy in the restaurant but the kitchen is busy with takeaway orders”. An apology to their obvious mistake for forgetting our order would’ve been acceptable but the none apologetic attitude with constant talk back from someone who’s supposed to be delivering customer service was appalling. It just shows the poor restaurant management if they can’t provide table service due to prioritising takeaway orders (but it was so obvious that they forgot our order from the facial expressions on other staff). I was patient the whole time even when they gave me a dirty plate to eat from but was extremely upset after receiving the bill and that same staff looking at us and completely ignored when we wanted the card machine, never mind offering any discount. After a few attempts on getting his attention, he came over with the card machine, did not speak or smile at us, just walked away with a horrible attitude while yanking the receipt tray past my face. Used to regularly dine here, will no longer recommend this place to friends or family.
