“Have been to 54 restaurants in Stoke. This restaurant by far has the best naan breads! Service is great and staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommend!”
“It is the first time I found a Tibetan restaurant in the United Kingdom. The restaurant owner is a Tibetan who moved to the UK a long time ago. The decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant is very unique. The food quality is also impressive too. I highly recommend Momo and Bhod Jha. However, the portion of dishes is not very large and may be more suitable for ladies. Highly recommended!”
“First time at the Spice Merchant, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, the staff pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and we ate everything! I would recommend it to family and friends and would say booking is essential at the weekends. So much better than Pabna!”
“It's our local Indian since we moved to Huntington 2023 haven't had a bad meal there at all. We broke with tradition and went for Xmas day Indian banquet couldn't fault the food, the staff they make you feel so welcome.”
“We spent a long weekend in nearby Alton and stumbled across this restaurant, and what a treat! Not only a lovely change from the usual pub grub so commonly found locally, but it was super tasty. We live in London and are picky about our curries, but this place definitely ticked the box. Even our little ones really enjoyed the korma. Just be warned about those portion sizes! Great service too. Chaps who work there were very welcoming and attentive. Would recommend.”
“First time coming here and will say food and service was exceptional, will definitely be back”
“Went on a Saturday for the lunch, it was quiet at the time, only 3 of us were the customers . We ordered masala dosa, kizhi parotta beef , fish thali and two mango lassi. The place is clean and had a good vibe with music. Food came out within 25 minutes and food was amazing. Portion size is very generous. I think it’s value for the money. Only thing I noted customer service is not up to the standard might need some training on it. Highly recommended if you’re are in to South Indian food.”
“Visited for a family birthday. Food was lovely, couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly and we had no issues with the service. We look forward to either returning to eat in or to take away.”
“Absolutely delightful eatery, food was scrummy and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Made me have an epiphany on the drive back home so would definitely recommend”
“Just been for a lovely last minute Indian after Alton towers, staff couldn’t have been more lovely welcoming and helpful. The food was impeccable! Will for sure recommend it to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much for a lovely time! You should be so proud of your restraunt! Thankyou x”

“Fantastic food. Helpful, friendly staff. Absolutely recommended. We'll be back soon.”
“Lovely decor and comfortable, welcoming and attention to detail.Food portions enormous, (1 portion of rice plenty for 2 persons, lamb was tender and plenty of it including saucev(gravey).Delicious food all round.”
“We love this place. Go on regular basis as they do amazing mid-week 4 course deal for £18.50 each. Poppadom, starter, main with rice or naan and ice-cream. You won’t get better value to eat-in, anywhere close here in Stafford for that. Food is exceptional, coupled with gr8 service. Definately Worthy of a visit if you like your curry, then go mid-week and take advantage of their 4-course set menu. Exceptional value for money @ £18.50 per person.”
“Brilliant food, great quality. Always quick and friendly service”
“Are here recently. It was quiet as midweek. The food, staff and service were spot on. No complaints at all. No licence so you take your own alcohol(no corkage charged). Would definitely eat there again.”
“OMG ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They may have thought I was joking when I said "Give me loads of chilli sauce on my kebab, I like my food to bite me back, definitely not white girl spicy, I like phals." The look I got when I asked for more chilli sauce, and he replied 'don't blame me' spoke volumes. However, I loved every bite! The meat was perfectly cooked, the naan, spot on. Still nice and hot even after I hiked down the locks to my boat. The guys loved their pizzas too, but being 14 inchers, they left half each for tomorrow, (lightweights haha). Only passing through the village on my travels, but I'll be back and definitely order again. Best kebab ever! Kicked my home town favourite, never before beaten into second place!”
“Great food at a really reasonable price.”
“Went for the first time this week and I've been looking for a good Indian restaurant for a while. I'm veggie, so tried the Paneer Makhani and it was delicious. Unlike other places I've been, this one had plenty of paneer, it was amazing. I had gone to another place and it barely had five cubes, it was ridiculous. I'll definitely return here and I'll order from here, too, in future. Staff were super lovely, too.”
“Well well, this is a textbook definition of a hidden gem! Who'd have thought that a quality Indian restaurant exists in a quaint and nice village as Audley? I went for dinner with very low expectations, but I was in for a surprise. The starters we tried were Prawn Bhuna Puree, Shami Kebab (Lamb) & Chicken Malai Tikka - all 3 were cooked to perfection and the meat was succulent. Highly recommended going for the hot relish, as it's very unique and nice to taste. For main course we had Tandoori Chicken, which was served on a sizzling platter with sliced onions on the sizzling plate as well. The tandoori smell that permeated the restaurant in a lovely way was evident and present in taste in the tandoori chicken pieces; the curry accompaniment was also very good to taste, and very unlike the run off the mill curry sauce usually found at other Indian restaurants. The ambience was very relaxed, with lights just the right brightness, comfortable sitting arrangements, clean toilet. The servers were all warm and welcoming. Overall a very, very good experience and enjoyed a lovely meal at a nice restaurant without any added fuss or loudness after a long time. Totally recommend this to all, and will certainly be visiting more myself. This restaurant certainly seemed to deserve the accolades it shows in Google.”
“Our family favourite in Nepalese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. We had the pleasure of dining here recently with friend and we were blown away by the delicious mixed grill and momos we had as starters. This was not our first time dining at this restaurant, and we can confidently say that it has consistently delivered delicious food at a great price. Additionally, there is plenty of space for parking, making it a convenient option for those driving in. The ambiance of the restaurant is clean and functional, with no luxury or frills, but it is welcoming and comfortable nonetheless. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was pleasant.”
“I made a very last minute booking for my son’s birthday. Was surprised to arrive to balloons and banners at the table, and even a complimentary desert for the birthday boy. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the food was the best we’ve had in a long time! There’s absolutely nothing negative i could say about our visit. We have ordered take out many times but this is our first dining in visit. Will definitely be visiting again soon! Thankyou!”
“Wonderful meal had at Spiceland, Wellington, Telford. Food tasty, service good, couldn't do enough for us, price reasonable. This is some where we visit as a couple or as a family and we always receive a warm welcome. Well worth a visit. Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Special thumbs up to Nas.”
“A lovely place that we visited on the spur of the moment after visiting family. We were made to feel so welcome and treated like regulars. A special mention to Mac ('Big Mac') who was a delight to chat to and really looked after us. An excellent choice of food, including some new dishes for us, and quick service. The food was tasty, sensibly priced and generously portioned. The lemon chilli rice was lovely - we can't get this where we live. We'll definitely make a return visit the next time we're in Newport.”
“Never had a bad takeaway from Paprika and tonight's was exceptional. Always very prompt delivery too.”
“I ordered a takeaway tonight, Shahi platter & stuffed meat pepper. Absolutely amazing a absolute gem of a place. If you haven't tried it yet, believe me you will not be disappointed!! I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for the amazing food, it most definatley satisfied my appetite.”
“We have visited many times for both meals in the restaurant and for a takeaway. Always fantastic food and very accommodating. They converted me to curries! Today was particularly special as we went to celebrate my toddler’s birthday. Thank you so much for the cake - it made all our days and was very very much appreciated! Already looking forward to my next Murgh Tikka Lababdar!”
“Would recommend this fabulous restaurant , the staff were great, Atmosphere was wonderful, Indian food was the best ever tasted. Noticed a children section on the menu.”
“Very welcoming. Clean, smart restaurant. Food outstanding as was the service. Thank you… will be back soon”
