Tonight we had a meal for my sister’s 40th. We have been here a few times previously as the food is perfect, the staff are extremely polite and helpful and there are never any issues. I would highly recommend this place for a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 for the chicken madras, everything was perfect.

Booked my parents a table for 7.15pm which was accepted. Parents were there early. They were told to wait for their table. At 7.30 they were told their table would be at least another half an hour. I contacted via telephone to complain about this and was informed its because the current people on the table ordered a dessert!!! I said that is all taken into account with the bookings have an allocated time. The reply was they took longer but it's the restaurants job to ensure they stick to the bookings and time frame. I said I would be writing a bad review and the simple lad on the phone said go ahead. They don't deserve new custom.

I have teavelled and worked in Asia, the Middle East and Worldwide etc many Indian restaurants visited in the Stoke area, this is by far the worst Indian Restaurant I have been to. The setting was rather nice, the staff who served us pleasant and nice. The food however tasteless and bland, the owner disengaged. I didn't complain at the time as it wasn't my gig or to upset the company I was in, all 8 people were not happy. Would we go here again? Most definately not, there are by far much better places around the Stoke area. And as one reviewer has already mentioned it was cold, very cold

Bad experience, don't go without a coat as it's so cold, didn't take my coat off the whole time and was still dithering. I ordered a tandoori as shown in the picture this was £16, the sauce was very bland and more like a chutney! I asked for no shish kebab and asked for something extra but didn't look like any extra come! Other members of the party ordered chicken tikka massala, had no resemblance of massala no flavour or spices didn't taste authentic and worse than a jar!
