This is my 5th time ordering from Rainbow and I have found the food to be lovely. It always come hot, and tastes really fresh. A couple of times we have had to wait a little longer but that is ok. The food still came to a great standard. What is key is the food has been consistently good each time.
Said 45 mins over a hour and 15 and hasn’t even left the shop useless place avoid probably turn up sweaty and condensated got here order wrong useless place no effort at rectifying
Ordered food for delivery said 30 mins 2 hrs later it arrives we sent it bk delivery driver said he's loosing money because they can't get the food out fast enough.tried ring them to ask where and how long it would be and they switch phone off.terrible service I've had lots from there over the year s I won't be ordering again
Great food- we love ordering here! A family favourite. Would highly recommend. Best Chinese takeaway around here
Usually order from here with no issues. Normally brilliant food, but tonight was shocking! Waited over an hour for delivery when was told 40 minutes, and nothing seems fresh! Lemon chicken bland and not crispy like usual, chicken fried rices not nice at all as well as the chips. Will consider elsewhere before coming back here again. Definitely gone down hill
Always order from here but the last few times have been shocking the order has been wrong arrives late so food is freezing definitely won't be ordering again shame really because it use to be really nice
Chicken curry way to much curry powder in it was that strong couldnt eat it made my mouth numb... think i will reconsider ordering from here again..
Plain awful. Try going back but my order is always wrong, the price is silly for the quality of food.
Brilliant, never had a bad one in the last 15 years . Duck curry always spot on and delivery is good. Is a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for
Orderd at 17.57 and it came at 19.43 after phone call. There was minimal meat in the special fried rice and the peas in it still frozen! The chicken in the chicken chow mein was slimey.
