Are here recently. It was quiet as midweek. The food, staff and service were spot on. No complaints at all. No licence so you take your own alcohol(no corkage charged). Would definitely eat there again.

Have been here a few times before and enjoyed it. But last night 7 of us went, only table in there until half way through the meal when one couple came in. And all I can say is we won't be going back! My little one ordered chicken nuggets they came and were infact paneer and peas. The exotica I ordered said lamb chicken and prawn, there was no prawns, but i enjoyed the taste non the less. They didn't have enough glasses for the appropriate ones to be given for the BYOB. At the end of my meal I was mopping up the sauce with the left over naan and found a shard of plastic in it which cut my gum. We explained to the waiter and he apologised. Upon leaving we were given a replacement nugget meal to take away. As we hadnt eaten it this evening I went to throw it away in the food waste and there was a fag end in it. Prior to this we were thinking it was good service as we were given free onion bajis

Came to Indian Spice for my cousin’s stag do a few weeks ago. It’s quite a small venue in the High Street and there was about fifteen of us, so if you’re planning on dining-in the restaurant, reservation is advised. Especially if you’re having a big party. However, the service was excellent, with meals planned and organised accordingly for our party. Although there was a miscommunication regarding some of the orders, they did give us a special on the house as compensation. I was very pleased with my starter and main, and thought the food was excellent. Thanks to the staff for making us welcome and giving us a great meal at a good price. Indian Spice is a good place.

Visited Indian Spice tonight for the first time and based upon this experience we will be back. Wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive. Great service. No rushing and no pressure. And the food was a delight. Everything was cooked to perfection and was one of the best Indian meals we have had in a long time. No licence so take your own drink or buy from the pub a few doors up. 10 out of 10 from us.

We came here for our first ever meal in Congleton and glad to say we weren't disappointed! Friendly service, delicious, authentic food with a great balance of spices. The chicken was tender, the lamb was cooked to perfection and all vegetables were fresh. The naan bread was so fluffy and soft and covered in butter. Absolute heaven. Worth every penny. Will be back for sure!
