I went here for the first time yesterday. The staff were so so lovely. Every member of staff was happy, polite and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food was gorgeous and really good value. Will definitely be going here again. Such a lovely place

We went to a birthday party, food was freshly made and testy, pasta, pizza and salad. Buffet. The building itself is beautiful. Next to the canal. We were served lasagne ,chicken pasta mashroom pasta. Also the the stuff catered for vegan.

My husband called in to see if it was a dog friendly restaurant, he was told we could sit outside or get a takeaway. When he came back to tell me we decided to go to the local pub, however they didnβt cook on a Wednesday so we decided to get a takeout. We ordered a drink and whilst doing so we saw that there was a dog in the restaurant. We ordered food and when my husband went to pay he queried that there was a dog inside and he said heβd bern told they were not dog friendly, the waiter said they were the owners. This is very wrong. If it is not dog friendly it shouldnβt matter whose dog it is. Anyway we enjoyed our drink in the outside area and when our takeaway arrived, I was shocked at the small boxes. We opened them up and there was a small 9β pizza and I had a small meal of Kofta, it said with fries flatbread hummus and tasiki. In fact it was a small portion of fries a tbsp of hummus and tasiki and a half pita bread. The koftas were awful very dry and flavourless. The pizza my husband tasted nice but extremely small for the money. The only good thing was that we got 20% off but still at the price we felt extremely dissatisfied and certainly would not go back.

What a brilliant hidden gem with a fantastic menu and lovely team. It was quiet when we went but booking is advised as it gets busy especially in the summer with the canal boats. Will be back again

This is a rare gem of a spot. Very nice food from an extensive menu and great service. We came here to celebrate our daughters birthday and had a great time. Tucked away, but it's definitely worth finding.

First visit to the restaurant and we will definitely return for the evening again. The food is excellent and very nicely served. The prices are very reasonable and we had a good time. Would recommend this place to try.

Considering it's a short walk up the canal for us, from Malkins Bank, it's somewhere we should come more often. This is the second time we've come for dinner. It wasn't really busy at all when we arrived and the staff were really attentive. When we left it got busier with a big reserved table, but the noise wasn't excessive. We paid up after feeling more than full after a starter and main (excellent portions), then had two espresso martinis out on the front tables. We had a really friendly, pleasant and polite waitress who had said hello before we had even got through the door! This is really a Sandbach gem worth visiting. We'll be back soon again we hope!

After a dog walk along the canal I stopped for a coffee at this lovely local gem. I arrived just as it opened an the coffee machine took a while to warm up. It was heaven. No phone signal, no laundry, no dishes, no teenagers. As the coffee took 30mins to arrive they gave it me for free. But to me it was a priceless half hour of calm!!

Homey restaurant with comfort food! Although we were a big group of 10, service was brisk and we received our food quite quickly upon ordering. The vegetarian risotto I had was delightful and portion was hefty! A nice place for a group of friends or family.
