   Extremely disappointing service tonight. We placed our order at 5:25pm and were told delivery would take around an hour. It is now 7:55pm. We waited almost two hours, which was very difficult as we have small children. When the food finally arrived, multiple items were missing, meaning my husband and my two younger sisters still had not received their meals. We tried calling the restaurant several times to resolve this but there was no answer. As a result, my husband had to drive to the restaurant himself while the rest of our food went cold at home. Once there, he then had to wait a further 15 minutes or more - and was still waiting at the time of writing. This level of service is completely unacceptable and not what we would expect. Very disappointed.

   Me and my family just ordered here and first time ordering here was genuinely best experience ive had the Szechuan sauce with chicken and rice and it was such a good dish was made excellently and everything else was very good according to my family thanks for the food will order here again ☺️

   I worked at a successful Chinese takeaway for 2 years many years back. Tried many round here, I like this one (the only one I like). Only down side would be the containers they serve the food in, plastic containers don't keep the food warm for as long as the foil containers x

   Just had one of the best Chinese meals that I have ever tasted , fresh , hot and delicious. They were also very good as I asked for no onions and they came out to check this was correct . Staff pleasant too.

   I have been having takeaways from here for a while they are pretty good could do with a little more flavour the reason for the 3 stars is I was charged £9.30 for a main and a portion of soft noodles this doesn’t match the price on the menu ruby has always been moor expensive than other Chinese takeout in the area but £9.30 is extortion for what you receive sorry will not come again

   We've been getting our chinese from here for ages. Love it, fried rice is lovely, not too greasy. We do generally order the same items - sweet n sour chicken Cantonese style, chow main, roast pork curry, king prawn curry, chips.. all a family favourite. They will give u less mushrooms in the curry if you ask.. all good! We love it!

   Order completely wrong.. asked for chilli chicken and was advised to have shredded chicken. It came really quick probably the only good thing about the whole meal. We realised it was crispy chicken with sweet and sour on so rang for a replacement. came back exactly the same. rang and complained again waiting on our refund just for the chicken tho. the salt and pepper chips we mega salty and not a chilli in sight either. worse meal ever! Never ordering from there again. only ordered from there because our favourite Chinese wasn't answering.
