Very blue lights. Chilli paneer was bland. Friendly staff. Quiet.

Got a takeaway on the first evening of our holiday as we were too tired to cook. Delicious food, generous portions, promptly delivered. Very happy with Spice Heaven!

Visited for a family birthday. Food was lovely, couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly and we had no issues with the service. We look forward to either returning to eat in or to take away.

Avoid if you like indian food. Very poor. We will never come back here. Potentially the worst food we have ever had. Firstly, service was very poor. We waited about 2 hours and 15 minutes and we had still not received our main courses. Meanwhile we could see around 50 takeaway orders flying out of the kitchen and staff rushing to get them out on time - annoying. When the mains finally arrived we ordered 4 separate and very different curries. I ordered a madras and my wife ordered the chefs special tandoori butter chicken - both of these looked and tasted exactly the same apart from the madras was slightly spicier (please see picture attached - those are 2 separate curries, one is madras and one is butter chicken!!!??). We also ordered dopiaza that tasted the same and a tikka which tasted the same but was red. All of these curries had minimal flavour and looked like baby food. Very unappetising. Meat from the tandoori grill sizzlers was dry and overcooked with minimal flavour. Staff were innatentive. We had to ask several times when we wanted more drinks and not a single person came to us and asked if the food was nice or if we were having a good time. The main goal to Staff appeared to be dealing with the orders for takaway whilst neglecting all of the customers in their restaurant. We didnt finish our mains and complained to the manager and ended up paying nothing - which was the only positive to come from the night. We have never not paid for food before when eating out but really, it was that bad. We left still hungry.

Very average food in a run down restaurant, with noisy people at the bar and not great service. The food was ok but nothing special and the naan wasn't good at all... Flat, soft and stodgy! Prices are good but I guess you get what you pay for!

This place is a go to when we're In Whitchurch visiting family. It was my late grandmas favourite restaurant and they knew her by first name and would send a free bottle of wine when we had a takeaway, Absolutely lovely, all of them! Thank you spice heaven!

We went here for our 1st Xmas dinner out. Wasn't sure what to expect, but we're treated to one of the best Xmas dinners you could wish for. The service food and drink were epseptional. We wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend it to anyone.

Cracking Indian. The best in the area. Went in with a large party tonight for a birthday. Various menu items sampled including vegetarian and vegan options. Great atmosphere. Can't recommend more!
