   AN UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW POSTED 2 MONTHS AGO! I wanted to add something to this review to reflect how special Blue Lagoon Spas are. We had a hot tub delivered two months ago and the review below reflects the five star service. However, sometimes something can go wrong and we had a crack at the bottom of the spa after about 6 weeks of use. We rang Blue Lagoon Spas and they pulled out the stops to put everything right. A new, replacement tub was quickly sourced and delivered. Brilliant customer service. No quibbles at all about a replacement - and the lovely Ben has just called to check we are all back on track and happy with everything. It was hugely reassuring to know that, when something went wrong, they did everything to quickly put it right. We are very impressed with them. We had a hot tub delivered this week. It’s exceptional. I spent a good deal of time researching different brands and felt very comfortable that HotSpring ticked all the boxes. Once we went to Blue Lagoon Spas, we decided there was no need to speak to anyone else. Ben expertly talked us through all we needed to know. He came out to survey the area before the hot tub was put in place. The installation team were superb too. A true five star experience! Very pleased.

   Thanks Blue Lagoon Spas. As a first time spa buyer you guys were really great. Adam took the time and walked through everything with us, great and friendly with the kids in the showroom and really made us feel at ease. No pressure to buy tactics, would not criticise any other hot tubs or company which is a real measure of a company. I brought the limelight flash hot tub and love it, as do my family. Adam was a great and considerate salesman and made it very easy for us. cannot recommend enough. If you are wondering why they have so may 5 star reviews, go and see them, you'll find out very quickly. Theses guys are professional, a pleasure to deal with and nothing is to much. Also my tub was installed with 2 weeks. finally and away from Blue Lagoon Spas, If anyone needs a good spark in the ST postcode I can highly recommend Dan from DR Electrics.

   Not having had a hot tub before I was full of questions and spoke with a number of dealers who just tried to sell me tubs rather than give me information. However, at Blue Lagoon Spas in Crewe the staff were not just helpful, informative but honest about the features that would suit my family and I. The Earth Spas Erebus does everything we want and more. The fitting day was arranged after a site survey. The tub was delivered, installed and filled within 2 hours plus I was then given a thorough run through on the way to look after the tub using the included chemicals. I have no problem recommending this company 100%.

   Fantastic service during the whole process. There was no hard sell at all when visiting the show room just friendly informative staff. Particular thanks to Adam, he answered all my wife's many questions & even came out to check the hot tub would fit through the narrow passageway & gave lots of tips & advice. The hot tub arrived at the time & date given & was set up by 2 guys who were also friendly & gave us a run down on maintenance & looking after our new spa tub. Would highly recommend using this great local company.

   We did a lot of research before making our purchase. We wanted to buy a tub that would stand the test of time in our British climate, look good and be straight forward to maintain. Blue Lagoon Spas were recommended to us by a neighbour so we reached out via email for more information. We received a response the same day from Paul and from the first point of contact he could not have been more helpful, professional and polite. No question was a silly one, he answered all our (many) questions with ease, he was able to offer recommendations for labourers to ready the space for the tub & he visited our home twice prior to delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of delivery Paul and his colleagues arrived bang on time, they were respectful of our home and our neighbours property. When all was finished they left our garden clean and tidy, exactly how they fpund it. Special mention to Danny. Both he and Paul spent time to explain how everything worked, how to keep the tub clean, safe and hygienic & didn’t leave until we were 100% happy. I would highly recommend Blue Lagoon Spas. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

   Excellent customer service, advice and support from Blue Lagoon Spas. We had been let down by another supplier and visited the showroom to see what other hot tubs were available. We were impressed by the range of hot tubs on display and models available, and by the obvious high quality of the tubs themselves. There was no pressure to make a purchase but Adam was very knowledgeable and advised us which tubs would be suitable for us, as we were a little limited for space. We placed an order for a Highlife Prodigy, and our hot tub was delivered and fitted within three weeks, and we are delighted with it. First class service. Would definitely recommend.
