   The skilled team have made me two five-section bay windowsills now and they both follow the given templates perfectly and fit together seamlessly! The second sill needed boards joining in shop, due to the depth, and I cannot see where these joins are - the craftsmanship is that good! The chap doing the work even stayed late on his last day before going on holiday, to make sure it was finished just-so! A great, friendly and skilled team and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!

   Great local timber merchants plus more. They stock a wide range of timber and carry a range of hardware, tools, paints, etc. The staff are very helpful and all the orders I’ve placed have been turned around very quickly.

   I spent around 90 minutes trying to find various exotic species. I was mostly left alone which was a good thing but it was sometimes difficult to get help timely. Being a foreigner and very new to the place I was kind of nervous not knowing the protocol. No one really offered to help me as it seemed that most go there no the place and what to expect. That’s one problem when you have been in business as long as they have. You can mistakenly assume people who visit know what to do or where stuff is. Not true for me... The most knowledgeable wood guy wasn’t there so I didn’t get a lot of my questions answered but they were still very polite and helpful in their attempt to figure it out. I left with a handful of woods and finishing waxes. I was overall very satisfied but it could have been a “star” better with the extra help I needed but was not offered u til I really asked for it and even then I felt like I was taking a bit too much of their time.
