Brilliant choice of goods and all at reasonable prices. Sales are always worth a look, big discounts on lots of popular products.”

“I purchased a circles coffee table which, unfortunately, had a scratch on the top layer on delivery. I immediately reported this by e mail to Glass Vault furniture with photographs of the damage and received a most polite response and a promise to send a replacement top within 2 to 3 weeks. This duly arrived yesterday and was closely inspected to ensure there was no damage to the new delivery. The table has now been re fitted and looks amazing! Glass Vault Furniture personnel have shown every courtesy throughout and I heartily recommend this company for reliability and good service.”

“Stayed in room 2 and cannot fault the accommodation. Great shower and double bed plus single. Downstairs is closed for renovation which may be a good thing as there was no noise. Great price and no complaints. Would book again. Can't comment on service as all self check in but drinks and kettle provided as well as a decent sized TV on the wall.”

“I placed an order at the Charles Taylor Stand at Ashover Show and after reading some of the reviews I was a little worried however, the service was excellent. 2 days after placing my order the team called to arrange delivery (which was only 12 days after I placed the order), the day before delivery the driver, Scott called to give me a 1 hour time slot. Then Scott and his Dad arrived on time with the furniture, and they were polite, friendly and super helpful.”

“Went into the store today to buy a new phone on recommendation. As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.”
