    I bought a TV that wasn't as described so I returned immediately. It took ages to sort the return due to Currys red tape. They seriously need to improve their customer service. I have had to bring the TV home and am awaiting collection because I used click and collect. Absolutely ridiculous. Kudos to Damian at Festival Heights. He was brilliant

    Very helpful staff. Got what I went for and the young man who served me, downloaded an app on my phone and set up an account which allows us to get any refund should the price come down in the Black Friday sale! Very happy and will go back.

    Visit store to purchase a new Lap top today .. I was helped by Mike and Dom. Absolutely lovely bloke with fantastic knowledge. Dom and Mike were great from the get go and couldn’t have done more!!! Thank you gents. Overall experience was brilliant.     We brought samsung television from curry 's on 4/4/2025. And we took insurance as well. Paying by direct debit every month , then we had a screen fault , we went to curry 's , they told us to bring TV to the shop, they said our insurance not covered and we have to pay 600 pound which is almost charge of TV. Really disappointed..feel sad... then we left the TV in the shop for recycling. Samsung call center is not answering the call.i have spent 1hr to talk to them , after that they gave me the engineer number which is not answering..

    My experience there is that the staff didnt seem keen in making a sale.Looking for somebody for 10 -15 min,when finally got in touch with a staff member i said i want to buy a washing machine "oh,i will send somebody right on to you" she answered.For another 20 min nobody appeared and ask again another staff member.He finally sent somebody to me.I ask some questions about the difference between 2 products i chose but he couldn't give a clear answer.After i told about my choice he rushed with the papers and when i said a want to buy a ironing station too he just pointed vaguely to the area and leaving on the back of shop leaving me again to decide by myself about the quality of the product i need it.He reapered after another 15 min and after i indicate him which product i chose, just pick it up saying great choice and rushed again to finalize the receipt. Im sorry,but after my experience there im not wondering anymore about the reason why many stores are shut down for "not enough sales" I will avoid that shop and also i advised my family and friends not to ,telling them about my experience.

    Easily accessible. Good parking. Well set out. plenty of room to walk round. Easy to view products. Staff were okay but I didn't feel valued at all. Got the product I wanted but I won't rush back.

    Visited and purchased a laptop from here . However only a few laptop collections are available. The items showing in the online store are also not ready for delivery . When I inquired about a few products which i liked , I was told that it will take more than 50 days to deliver.

    Steve was really brilliant looking after my parents. They needed a new cooker, and he was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They have had to wait several days for delivery, but when it arrives, it will be installed and the old one disposed of. Great service, thank you.

    I always come looking at PC accessories and Camera bits, but most recently I come to look at dryers, but there was no staff around to help out when needing to ask questions etc. So I ended up going elsewhere. Definitely need staff to pay attention to customers who're looking around to buy stuff.

    What a great experience I had today at your store. We spoke with Lacey she was very friendly and very informative with the product I was looking to purchase.. Lacey was due to go on her break, but took the time to serve me instead. Due to stock issues Lacey went above and beyond to check the delivery status on the product . Giving the details for me to order on line . Thank you for all your help.. there should be more assistance like Lacey .. Far better service than the Longton branch …
