   Screwfix is always a store that I always pre-order online so that I know which store as the product available to collect on the same day. The online website is easy to use and makes it a straightforward purchase, sending the order confirmation and receipts to my email and via SMS. Once at the store the click and collect is just as straightforward and never takes long for my collection to be brought to and the purchase is complete. I've never had an issue with any items they have all been of high quality and fit the purpose of purchase

   I ordered an item, had a nice walk there on a sunny day and a very nice young man gave me my order. Then I had a lovely walk back. Ashleigh, I accidentally gave a four-star rating, so I've just upped it to five. The carpet tape has done the job perfectly. I just need to think of what to do with the remaining 20m!

   The best and most helpful customer service I have experienced in a long time. Needed a replacement uPVC door handle; not easy to find for a 10 year old door; they did their utmost to find one where the spindles/internal positioning was the same; no luck BUT they then did a computer search in the local area to locate one for me. Screwfix staff deserve 10 stars .. excellent shopping experience.
