   Used for two orders now! Great customer support (thank you Adam W and Ben E) First: Packed well, had to contact them due to one of the Fractal case fans being out of tolerance, answered on 3rd business day. Second: DPD driver messed up 1 day delivery (claimed I wasn't in and sent a picture that wasn't my house), overclockers refunded my delivery fee on 5th business day. Very reasonable considering it was the week after Christmas. Polite and friendly in all communications, took actions asap where required. So far very happy, (also they sometimes include small gummy bears in the packaging!)

   Ordered the MSI monitor 550£ and also a keyboard from them for 108£ both came in few days, and they are working absolutely great, Also waiting on my 2.5k£ pc which only will dispatch in 1 week and few days but right now the monitor and the keyboard I am very happy very good performance on the monitor and keyboard

   Fast communication and fast delivery. Ordered a GPU and ram but had an issue with my delivery address. Contacted Overclockers on a Saturday midday and received a reply and a solution to the problem on Monday morning. Very professional and quick to support, same cant be said for my current run in with CCLonline!

   Always very well priced and easy to click and collect. Wish they had some displays and bits and bobs for sale though for those able to visit, I'm much more likely to buy something if i can see what it physically looks like in person. But understand that 99.9% of their sales are online and delivered so not much reason for them to do so!

   Ordered a full 5090 system from these, it came a day late I can live with that, what I can not live with is the fact it doesn't work! ££££'s spent and it doesn't bloody work! I can't phone them as it is constantly saying they're " closed " apparently they take weeks to reply to tickets. I have tried filling out a returns form online to be met with a " error 404 ". Absolutely shocking, once I get a refund I am going straight to SCAN

   In the past I’ve had a very good experience with these guys but lately it has been shameful. Having ordered a new desktop rig from them for my folks it came with multiple fault’s including an invalid windows serial key. They collected it and fixed the component problems yet despite me raising the serial key multiple times have still not resolved this problem. All in all it has been 3 months (granted some of this time was delayed while I journey to/from my folks several hours away) and the problem is STILL not resolved. It has been shambolic to say the least and disgusting from a company I have rated so highly in the past. So once again another email to support but in general I would advise avoiding this company at the current time.

   I bought a motherboard off their website back in September everything seemed good back then. Skip to January when i needed to send it back under warranty because the board didnt post the operating system. Getting in contact with them can be a bit of a nightmare, reaching them via phone if you're living in ireland is impossible and you'll be waiting awhile via email. So when i finally did get in contact with them, they couldn't provide a prepaid shipping label to help ship the product back so i had to handle it my own. When i got it shipped off, overclockers failed to provide contact details to pay for import charges so the product had to be sent back to me. Im through trying to get in contact with them, customer service and returns is shocking and i will never do business with overclockers again.

   I’ve been using overclockers for around 15 years, customer service has gone further down hill, they now have closed the shop with a sign outside saying you can “click and collect” after doing a click and collect and receiving no email I called the number being told it’s a 3 to 4 hour wait… which I was told AFTER I placed the order while sat outside following the instructions written on the door, might as well just use company named after a South African river…. (Prices were cheaper for the same items)

   The staff are great 70% of the time when you can actually get through to someone on the phone.... deliveries can be extremely delayed without much warning. There have been occasions I've been on hold almost 1 hour too sometimes be informed I can't be helped, within 30 seconds the phones hung up? So why such a ridiculous wait time. Yes I could email but this takes 3-4days to also get a reply...

   Don't expect next day delivery from this lot even though they advertise it. They'll not deliver your package on time, they'll not accept any responsibility and they'll close your complaint ticket and pass the buck onto the couriers even after admitting that the mistake was their own in the first place. Ordered my stuff a week ago and still no idea when it'll get to me. I'd give these lot a miss if I were you.
