My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolutely excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

We have just had our new suite delivered from Webb’s Furnishers in Nantwich. We have had exceptionally good service from visiting the store to receiving delivery. The delivery lads were very good indeed and a credit to the store owners. When you hear so many negatives about retail furnishers these days, Webb’s are a prime example of family run independent stores being King. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy furniture.
