“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! “Dealt with DNA Windows several times in my last two houses. All windows and doors replaced. Window cut out and patio doors installed. Great job done as always. Office were helpful and guided me through the different stages of ordering and the owners Andy and Suzy were very professional throughout. Fitting went very smoothly and no problems. “Ordered our sofas from this store and we had the great pleasure of being served by James. James was absolutely incredible & his knowledge of every range, what the sofas are made out of and the aftercare is commendable. James was super patient with us (we were in the store for nearly 5 hours) he drew designs & our living room layout on his iPad to really help us visualise what the sofas would look like. James also has an incredible ability of mental maths so really helped us to understand how the sofas would fit & how much room we’d have either side etc. He also wasn’t afraid to say his opinion about weather he thought the sizing would look right (as we were thinking about a bigger sofa) - it’s a good job we listened to James as his expertise was right and a bigger one wouldn’t have fitted right. He also explained how in his spare time he researches ‘what’s on trend’ which actually have us the great idea of using our footstool (from the Oscar range) as a display table too. James is really passionate about what he does & made our experience so much easier! We now have two lovely sofas & a footstool from the Oscar range that fits perfectly into our living room and we’re very pleased! A huge thank you- James”

“Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

Used some ingenious equipment to get at the little blighters from the ground, staying a safe distance away, but exterminating them very effectively. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if I did, they would be the first people I would call!”

“We popped in to have a look at dining tables one evening and really impressed with the range on display. A very friendly sales consultant, Jayne Sargeant, came to see if we needed any help and showed us a variety of options based on our needs and requirements. She was very helpful and went through the various options open to us - helping us to move some chairs around to see which styles and colours would go with our shortlist of tables. She gave us some great advice about sizes and the various table extension mechanisms. We decided to go away and have a think about the colours and styles we wanted. We came back a few days later when we knew Jayne would be in and she again helped us talk through our shortlist and move chairs around again! She was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. We had our two young boys with us and she kindly gave them hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed a cheeky latte and cookie ourselves too. Jayne was very helpful and friendly, explaining all our options to us. She even got us a really good deal! We will definitely be back when it’s time to furnish our living room! Highly recommended.”

“We used ktf 6 years ago for a new kitchen and they did a fabulous job. We have since moved house and wanted a bar building , we had a few ideas of what we wanted and booked an appointment . We met with Chris and discussed our ideas and showed him the space . Chris was brilliant , he suggested lots of materials that would work well with our existing furniture and fittings and how to make the most of the space . Throughout the whole process ktf communicated with us to keep updated on time scales , costs , fitting dates etc We asked for Tony and Adam to do the fitting as they did such a wonderful Job of our kitchen . Once again they did a wonderful job with the bar , always very clean and tidy and respectful of our home . We are delighted with the finished result , it is everything we wanted and more We would 100% recommend Ktf Thank you to everyone involved you have done a wonderful job for us .. again Xxxx”

There is extensive choice in the store and they can make to order if necessary. Delivery took around a week and was a lovely simple process for me as the gentlemen carried everything to the room, set it up and disposed of the rubbish. Can't recommend them enough.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day. I'd arranged for delivery to her workplace, but unfortunately that wasn't possible before she had to leave for a hospital appointment. The delivery van then broke down before they could deliver to our home address, which was most unfortunate. As an apology Parsley and Sage very kindly sent chocolates and sweets, plus a massive heart balloon at no additional cost. The bouquet I ordered was absolutely beautiful and the extras sent as an apology were a fantastic touch. “Really impressive design and selection process with a lot of options available. Tom was really helpful & presented us with options to work with both to match our taste and ideas. The kitchen itself is beautiful, fantastic quality. The team were on hand when there were queries with the fit (we used an independent fitter). Overall really happy with the whole experience and we now enjoy being in kitchen! The before and after pictures speak for themselves!”
