   Very pleased with the service and standard of work. We’ve just had two composite doors fitted by DNA. Great from start to finish and the doors are excellent quality. Josh and Rob did a brilliant job. Great guys and professional throughout, even coming back to work over their time to make sure it was spot on. Also great service from Diane throughout and the chap in the office when ordering. Thanks very much!

   Would give 0if possible for the shocking customer service. Ordered windows and door in Aug and told 4 wks. Problem with door caused delays and windows were fitted early Oct. Door should have been sorted by end Oct, when chasing was told 18 Nov, chased on 18th to be told 24th, that's today and surprise surprise no contact. Have been waiting for a manager call back for nearly a month with no contact even in response to a long formal complaint email. Guess I'll have to take them to court to get any response out of them. Only positive are the lads that fitted my windows, they were superb and Diane has been polite when calling. Avoid at all costs if you want things done timely.

   I would give 0 stars if possible. Firstly this is nothing to do with the nice guys that fit / survey or the lady on reception always been lovely. Management (Dave) couldn’t run a bath. Don’t trust them with your order.

   Avoid this company at all cost. We asked this company to quote for a conservatory on a new build. We had to chase and chase to get a quotation, which missed numerous items we’d requested. An additional requirement was that our new build is on pilings and the likelihood would be that our conservatory would need to built using a raft or pilings. We asked DNA Home Improvements to contact the builder regarding the construction and shook hands on the deal. Avoid this company at all cost. We asked this company to quote for a conservatory on a new build. We had to chase and chase to get a quotation, which missed numerous items we’d requested. An additional requirement was that our new build is on pilings and the likelihood would be that our conservatory would need to built using a raft or pilings. We asked DNA Home Improvements to contact the builder regarding the construction and shook hands on a deal. We waited weeks and weeks. Emails to DNA Home Improvements not returned. Finally got an email today saying that after speaking to the builder DNA Home Improvements say they can no longer assist with this project. They have strung us along for months. I would not recommend DNA Home Improvements at all. We have since discovered that DNA Home Improvements of the same address of Gateway in Crewe went into voluntary liquidation in March 2021. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

   Outstanding service, from the admin department to the fitters Gary and Paul. We had 13 windows, 2 sets of French doors and a new front door fitted all to a high standard. The team were hard working, very tidy and polite throughout. Having had a disastrous experience in my last property with one of the big national companies which ended up involving solicitors etc it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a big regional company like DNA. Highly recommend.

   Dealt with DNA Windows several times in my last two houses. All windows and doors replaced. Window cut out and patio doors installed. Great job done as always. Office were helpful and guided me through the different stages of ordering and the owners Andy and Suzy were very professional throughout. Fitting went very smoothly and no problems. Very pleased and will definitely use again. Thank you once again.
