Bought multiple products from here with a lifetime warranty (21 years). 3 years later the drawers broke. Our warranty specifically states it covers our failed parts. Upon getting in contact with Fabb they told us they have since changed their warranty AFTER our purchase and will no longer honour it. Furthermore they offered no help in us sourcing our own replacement parts stating it is 'for us to do ourselves'. In short, do not trust their product's quality nor their promises of warranty.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We bought a 3 piece suite from them and all went well until there was a problem with the leather on a chair Customer service is dire, rude and all they want to do is fob you off and don’t care what you have to say They charge you £72 to get someone to come and look at the problem( it actually costs them £30 so they are profiting again from you !) Peeling of the leather is NOT a manufacturing problem according to them It’s your fault because your body exudes oils Sorry but all humans do that My chair is less than 2 years old Their lifetime’ guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on Their insurance that we paid nearly £200 for so that we would be covered for any problems or damage by body fluids pets etc etc ( but not peeling leather on the headrest that is our fault) Just don’t believe them at the point of sale In fact do not go into their shop if you expect good customer service and sales people who tell the truth My application against the insurance was refused as it was not an ‘accident’ but it is not a ‘manufacturer failure’ either So much for the sales lady saying ‘you will be covered for anything’ We have paid independently to have it done ….. The customer service are unhelpful and rude and even though I put in a complaint about the service I received they have not had the good manners to answer KEEP WELL AWAY Post Script The pads on both chair seats are not standing up to us sitting on them and need for us to pay again for them to be repaired as I don’t want to deal with ‘customer’ service again

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Apparently deliveries can only be done in my area on a Monday! nobody informed me when I paid for my furniture. I have waited for these sofa's for almost 3 months. I live alone and have moved to a new city where I don't know anyone and I am contracted to work out of town every Monday. The customer service were totally inflexible and told me outright to take a day off work!! I find that shocking and rude. There was no empathy or effort and they just kept repeating it like a cracked record which got me stressed out. There was noone to escalate it to and there was no consideration on their part either. If I could rewind time I would never have gone into their showroom.

Avoid avoid avoid, shocking company to be dealing with. If i could give it 0 stars then i would! I brought a ex display sofa with only 1 little black mark on the front, anywhere else was fine, and the so called manager said he had inspected it all and it was all fine. Jobs a gooden! Absolutely not! Sofa was delivered within a couple of days not covered up, black dirty marks all over it and a hole in the side of it, I asked the shop to either send me a refund or let me swap it. They said no and can't I put my sofa against the wall so no one sees the mark! Not the point! I spoke with trading standards who advised that I was in the right to gain my refund back under the consumer's rights act, and they still disagreed and didn't want anything to do with it. The last resort I had was for then to go to my bank and get a chargeback, luckily for me this worked and they came to pick the sofa up and refund me the money. This could of all been solved there and then if they weren't so stubborn and lastly I tried to get my £70 delivery charge back and they went around in circles blaming other delivery companies. So I've now lost £70 thanks to fabb furniture. I have never dealt with a company so rude, so unorganised, and yet doesn't take the blame for any of their mistakes and blames the customers. Shocking and id avoid at all costs!!!

Placed order in November 2021 with 20 weeks waiting time printed in the confirmation receipt. Sofa originally advertised for Christmas delivery so this was misleading! Kept checking sofa will be on track for April delivery, even a week before told it will be fine. Comes to a week later to be told that it isn’t going be delivered until middle of June. Just spoke with a representative and how still won’t be delivered on time. They have now broken the contract under the consumer right act, and we are thinking of acting on this as it is unacceptable being messed around! From going in store to speaking to the team on the other end of the phone… everybody has a different story or excuse!!! Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from these if you actually want to receive your goods! And also on looking at other reviews, when peoples orders are delivered they are being demanded to pay the delivery men when it is advertised free delivery!! I certainly won’t be paying any delivery fees I’ve been messed around enough!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! we have been waiting for sofas for 6 months, and still waiting!! One was ready for delivery, then it magically didn't exist, when we were ready to accept the delivery, dining room table and chairs were delivered(not knocking the quality of the product). One chair was damaged, still waiting for the replacement(1 month). Beds delivered without any protective covering! Very bad customer service, over promise and very much under deliver!! Would give 0 stars if I could. so annoyed with this company.

The staff were friendly enough when we ordered the chair we wanted, the purchase was good and the delivery window was pretty short. I was expecting a fully assembled chair to be delivered by them, given the delivery fee applied, but it actually came flat packed in a box delivered by DHL! Flat packed?!! given how much we paid for the chair we were not expecting to have to build it ourselves and it was an utter faff! The instructions were flaky and there was one particular assembly that could not have been done alone. Be aware and ask if the thing you ordered will come pre-assembled. Especially if you are not able to manhandle heavy and fiddly objects. In the end the chair looks nice and we hope that we've assembled it well enough. 2 stars deducted for assembly and delivery.
