   We visited the store yesterday and received excellent service from Tony. His knowledge of the products in store was excellent and although we prefer to browse privately, Tony offered his assistance without being too obtrusive. He was able to provide guidance on colour choice and the quality of the product we were searching for. Both my wife and I commented on how helpful Tony had been. On this occasion, the lead time on the product we had chosen was too great. However, I wouldn't hesitate to return to the store again. Great service!

   We popped in to have a look at dining tables one evening and really impressed with the range on display. A very friendly sales consultant, Jayne Sargeant, came to see if we needed any help and showed us a variety of options based on our needs and requirements. She was very helpful and went through the various options open to us - helping us to move some chairs around to see which styles and colours would go with our shortlist of tables. She gave us some great advice about sizes and the various table extension mechanisms. We decided to go away and have a think about the colours and styles we wanted. We came back a few days later when we knew Jayne would be in and she again helped us talk through our shortlist and move chairs around again! She was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. We had our two young boys with us and she kindly gave them hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed a cheeky latte and cookie ourselves too. Jayne was very helpful and friendly, explaining all our options to us. She even got us a really good deal! We will definitely be back when it’s time to furnish our living room! Highly recommended.
