Used this company a few years ago for a kitchen/bathroom installation under the name Express Kitchens. They will ask for a deposit then invoice the balance straight after even before work commenced. Check your invoice too because there will be no detailed description of works for any come back. Bathroom had plenty of problems along with the kitchen. Skipped work, poor finishing, poor materials. I have photos documenting this. They just weren't interested. Andy even visited and saw the outstanding issues but to no avail.
I Highly recommend Express Kitchens. I had a new kitchen, flooring, ceiling repaired and plastered and tiling. The people who worked on my kitchen were all very professional and very helpful. Special mention for Mick and Lee who were outstanding.
When you come to Express, I promise you will be blown away by the attention to detail, execution and character that they leave in your home. From the moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel comfortable, confident and in control. Andy has responded to the hundreds of emails, no matter the time of night, made umpteen changes to our design at the drop of a hat, offered us invaluable advice in the pursuit of our dream kitchen. A kitchen is no cheap affair and he understands that it has to be right. If that means he has to change the design for you to see, just to revert back to your original idea, he will, a thousand times if necessary. His patience has really been a life saver for us, the male in the relationship is quite indecisive, so for him, Andy's attitude and adaptations were priceless. After months of designing, our day finally came. The kitchen was ripped out in a flash, the electrics were in, the plastering was completed. All within 2 days. It was transforming before our very eyes, faster than we ever imagined. Day 3 came. A FULLY FUNCTIONING KITCHEN!! only 2 takeaways were consumed so our temples weren't damaged. Day 4 A COMPLETE KITCHEN! Has that just actually happened? I could not believe my eyes. Day 5 saw our flooring in and that was it. Mission accomplished. 5 days. The team of what I can only describe as absolute superheroes have worked together for a long time, like a relay, or a tag team. They just work together effortlessly. My house was full of laughter, professionalism and any queries I had regarding anything were answered. We were guided through the process and after each day asked if we were satisfied with the work. The team were hugely respectful of our furniture and home, they know how important these items are which really made all the difference. It can be a little intimidating having a group of strangers in your home, but they really made me feel and at home in their company. They worked with great pace, integrity and made any changes we asked for along the way. When our kettle was man down, they even made us a brew. What more could you ask for. Hospitality in your own home. I really am grateful for all of the time and effort that team dedicated to our kitchen. It has been a brilliant experience. We haven't had much positive feedback to offer the tradesman that have been through our home just lately but these guys have restored every faith I had lost. We promise you won't be disappointed with the service that you get from Express, from beginning to end. In 10 years time when it's time to renew our kitchen, we know where we'll be going for our many many hours and emails of changing ideas. We now enjoy sharing each others company, even the man in the house gets involved in the kitchen now.... miracles can happen. He does the dishes aswell and if that's not worth a trip to Andy and the guys then I'm not sure what is.
Had my kitchen installation this week cannot say how happy I am with it. The team came in on Monday took everything out of kitchen and patio doors put in . Wednesday plastered lowered ceiling and put low lights in. Thursday and Friday kitchen installation . The team are fantastic they worked like trojans they were polite and efficient and cleaned up very well. I cannot express how happy I am and will not hesitate to use this company again in the future
