   We recently visited our local Dreams store in Stoke on Trent in search of a new mattress, and from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Andrew, who was absolutely lovely. He immediately made us feel welcome and recommended that we try the Sleepmatch machine to find out what type of mattress would best suit our bodies. This was such an impressive experience—we were genuinely wowed by how accurate and insightful it was. Before using the Sleepmatch, Andrew suggested we try the soft Tempur pillows. As it happens, we already own and love these pillows, which reassured us that he was giving honest and well-informed advice rather than pushing products unnecessarily. After reviewing our Sleepmatch results, Andrew recommended the Harrison Spinks mattress in a medium-to-firm rating, especially as my partner suffers quite a bit with his back. This particular mattress came with an extra-thick topper, and as soon as we lay down, we both knew it was the one. The comfort was absolutely sensational. We didn’t feel the need to try anything else—this was clearly the perfect fit for us. When it came time to place our order, Andrew went above and beyond. He brought us drinks, made the whole process comfortable, and never once made us feel rushed. We had our two young children with us, who were having the time of their lives bouncing on the beds, but Andrew put us completely at ease. As a parent himself, he understood and even encouraged them to have fun, offering them drinks too. It made the experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, the service we received from Andrew was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, helpful without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. We are extremely grateful that he was the one who approached us that day. Thanks to Andrew, we left with full confidence in our purchase and a genuinely positive experience. Highly recommend both the store and especially Andrew—an outstanding salesperson and an even better person.

   Excellent service. The salesperson named Dina was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and spent some time helping us make out choice. Never pushy and with patience and good humour she just did everything to make our choice as easy as possible and was very very helpful. Makes a great cup of coffee too. Thank you!

   We had such a great experience at Dreams Stoke-on-Trent thanks to Andy. From the moment we walked in, he gave us a really warm welcome and made us feel comfortable straight away. He offered us drinks, helped my mum try the Sleepmatch machine to find her perfect mattress, and even managed to get us two free pillows, which was such a lovely touch! Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, just genuinely helpful. It made what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip really enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend him (and Dreams Stoke) highly enough!

   We recently visited Dreams to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady named Dina. As we weren't really sure what type of mattress we needed she advised us to use the instore mattress tester, which we did. We were then shown mattresses suitable for our needs. We were also given a hot drink of our choice. The whole experience instore was very pleasant. Everything about the mattresses was explained to us and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. We did purchase a mattress which has arrived today. We were kept fully informed by text email and also a phone call as to the time of delivery. The 2 delivery gentleman couldn't have been more friendly and even put shoe protectors on when going upstairs. All in all this has been a really positive experience from start to finish. Thank you

   Really impressed, in particular with Paul. His knowledge was just right to help make a decision quickly. I had my kids with me and he was brilliant with them as the bed was for one of them. He made the buying experience all about them which was a nice touch rather then talking to them through me. The best bit was that I was more impressed than I thought I was going to be.
