    We, Salopian Care Ltd, have used Home & Office for well over 5yrs now as our stationery supplier. They are friendly and efficient. They actually take the time to get to know your business purchasing trends i.e. each year we get a call reminding us to place our new years diaries. Over the years there has been 1 or 2 issues with quality of a new product, but they have swiftly resolved the query by replacing the items. Although we have the ability to order online, I much prefer dealing directly with Ben over the phone/email to place our orders, or to pick his brains for a particular product. I have also been approached a number of times over the years by other companies for our business; however I feel that Home & Office's prices are competitive across the board and because their customer service is second to none, I'm not prepared to change supplier, merely over a minor savings.
