   Pretty run down store with limited number of working trollies and old building. I have to visit the Macclesfield store as the Leek store doesn't stock the same goods. Staff are usually thin on the ground and only one till open even with big queues. Staff regularly grumpy and unhelpful when loading bags. I went with my family and paid separately for my items only for the member of staff to accuse me of not paying..!!

   As with all big B&Ms the stock selection is amazing, and the prices are good , you can get anything your after . Friendly helpful staff, well worth a visit.

   Disgusting went to purchase an electric cable extension..could not see any. I eventually found a member of staff who just mumbled aisl 10....I ask where about cause there was nothing electric there as in cable she just looked away and total ignor me...very rude and very unhelpful...we went to morrisons next door and purchased one for £22.00..Will not be shopping at this b&m store again

   Big store, we nearly got what we were looking for despite asking one lady of staff it was too much trouble to guide or tell us the price of an item that had no label on the shelf. when I asked the price I was abruptly told to go to customer service they will tell you.. I was telling the cashier and she knew exactly who I was on about.She has had numerous complaints but nothing is never done.musy be one of the managers favourites..
