“Great service, 1st Class throughout!! Joe came around a few minutes early to fix a gas leak, service a boiler which hasn’t been used for two years and provide a gas safety certificate. From the start Joe was great working hard and fast to find the leak which involved lifting floor boards and tracing the gas pipes all through the property. After a lot of graft from Joe the leak was found and fixed immediately Joe than serviced the boiler which has not been used for years. He noticed some of the radiators were leaking as they had been removed by the builders. He checked and tightened them all stopping any leaks. We than realised the boiler had a leak which again Joe resolved and fixed in know time at all. Despite servicing the boiler it wasn’t looking good as it was still not powering on. Joe explored every avenue without joy until it came to the pump. This was full of scale and muck from over the years. This was thoroughly cleaned and the boiler than fired up and has been working great ever since. Joe was very professional and kept me informed throughout of what’s happening. Following the appointment he sent me pictures of everything he done and a job sheet within minutes. The price was extremely reasonable coupled with the great service means I’ll be using this company for life. A****”
