Anthony was lovely, very professional and I felt very reassured with his work, he explained step by step what he was doing, as previously I had my boiler serviced with another company and it was clearly not done properly! Completed the whole job in 1 day, really clean & professional install using a fantastic product!    I am really impressed with the professionalism of Perry Pluming. From my initial call with Claire to get a quote for my plumbing issue to the swift response of a plumber call out for a free quotation. The plumber who came on site was friendly, efficient and very clear on what the issues were and how we would fix them. He completed the job on the same day and sent across documentation of the repair for my records. Really appreciated the great service and human communication.    On Boxing Day morning we discovered our central heating system wouldn’t work. We were recommended to Perry Plumbing who asked for photos were able to diagnose the potential problem and quote a price. As no parts were available that day we were promised an engineer would call out the next day and replace the part. Anthony arrived on time and within three minutes had cleared the error code on the boiler and it was up and running again So happy to have found an honest , reliable plumber in our local area.

   We had a number of small jobs that needed doing; shower replacement, toilet flush replacement, replacing 2 small radiators and sorting drainage issues in the bathrooms and kitchen. An Engineer came to have a look within a week of calling and we received a quote the same day. We decided to proceed with the job which was completed 2 weeks later. Very impressed with Anthony who did the job. He was very polite and gave some good advice. We would have no hesitation in using Perry Plumbing and Heating again - highly recommend.
