   Been past a few times. Zero parking. Customers parking on double yellows on junction or on pavement. Could do with moving to a bigger site. The AA centre on Westley road maybe.

   Avoid this merchant at all costs. My experience was marred by blatant price manipulation and a clear disregard for customer fairness. The business exploited circumstances (e.g.nearby closures) to inflate prices, turning what should have been a straightforward purchase into a frustrating ordeal. Deliberate Overcharging. A product typically priced at £8 elsewhere was hiked to £12 per item, despite no clear justification (e.g., quality upgrades or scarcity). This felt like opportunistic price gouging, especially since they seemed aware competitors were closed.

   I bought building material of £70 and when I didnt use any of it and i returned it within a week and they charged me £18 as a refund charge. They are happy when you buy things from them but when it comes to returning items, they have terrible policies. They deducted £18 from the total money just because i was refunding the items.

   Went there as I had an emergency plumbing issue and Screwfix/Toolstation didn't have the part I needed. Picked up the parts I thought I required from here, turned out not to be quite right, the lad working their tried his best to help me out and then offered a full refund for the parts I'd bought as it turned out he didn't have to parts in stock. Still had a good range of stock or all sorts of building and plumbing materials. Will definitely be returning if and when I need other bits and pieces.
