Very happy with the service from Sukhjeet (Sukhi) and A1 Gas Force. Communication was thorough, clear, and even though I got a second opinion I still went with them as they seemed fair, professional and reliable. I had several jobs done with A1gas . They were efficient tidy and well trained they got the work done in no time at all .In the bathroom l had the plumber replacing my toilet to a comfort one and a Vanity unit, both brilliant they measured the old ones I told them what I wanted and they delivered quality items . Also an extractor fan and new led light. I had the electricians in to do the work at the same time and three new radiators. And a few light fixtures and switches replaced. so had five work people and they all worked very well with each other couldn’t praise them enough I highly recommend them .
I've used them twice lately - to have a hive thermostat installed and a boiler service / radiator assesment. Both young men (Jake and Jhavanne) who turned up on the 2 different occasions were extremely polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I would use them again as I was impressed by both of them.
Highly recommended. They have recently serviced our boiler, installed a Hive, replaced a radiator, and then came to our rescue on a Sunday evening when we had a leak from a pipe in our airing cupboard ( nothing to do with any of the work they had recently done!) All the engineers we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable , courteous and everything was immaculately clean and tidy when they had finished. Office staff also friendly and efficient
My outside wall lights had not worked for years so contacted A1 Gas Force. Within 2 minutes I had a call, an electrician was booked to see what the issue was. Parts were ordered and a day later, Trevor, arrived promptly, and installed the lights, cleaning up, and did a great job! He even did another small job without hesitation! Really impressive service and extremely professional employees, from the initial conversation to making payment, in all aspects of the job! Will definitely use them again! My 96 year old father's boiler failed on Thursday afternoon around 4pm in February. This had been installed 13years ago by A1 Gas Force and maintained by them regularly. I called asking for someone to come and take a look and as expected, due to age, it was beyond repair. By 4pm Friday they had supplied and installed a new boiler leaving Dad with a lovely warm house. Kelsey, in the office, was amazing, keeping me fully informed at all times. I felt the company was totally trustworthy and ethical. Kelsey even called me to say Dad had agreed to the new boiler and she was checking that it was ok to go ahead, leaving me feeling that they were concerned enough to make sure I was aware that they were not taking advantage of an elderly man. The installation guys worked hard and had a good rapport with Dad who seemed to have a new lease of life, thoroughly enjoying having workmen to talk to and have a laugh with! This is a company I would highly recommend. Highly professional, efficient, ethical and trustworthy.
Had an electrical problem in the house which was stopping my boiler powering up. Spoke to Gurdi and in less than 24 hours Trevor came to the house, found and fixed the problem within an hour. The price, professionalism and standard of work was excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Gurdi and Trevor!
I was told that I needed a new boiler at a cost of £3400. No explanation as to what was the issue with the current boiler, but told it couldn't be repaired as parts were not available. Had somebody else around who confirmed that there was no issue with boiler and replaced the valve motor at a cost of £19.50!!! Utterly awful service - either grossly incompitent or trying to charge for work that wasn't required.
Ramz - THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!! We had a issue with our heating - even if it was not identified as an emergency - however within one hour Ramz was already sorting out our problem. Very professional, and explained everything in simple terms so we could understand what is happening and how he is fixing it! Well done! It feels great that A1Gas team is really taking care of their customers - and key persons like Ramz are making the big difference between vendors!
Came out last minute after the previous plumber destroyed my wall trying to change my traditional rad to a vertical one. Ramz and Chris arrived within the hour and did a top job super happy.
