Good product at a good price. There was an issue with delivery of my order but I found the customer service to be really good. The company were responsive and quickly resolved the issue with no fuss, pulling out the stops to get the product to me when I needed it. All in all a positive experience and would use the company again.

Bought a makita item didn't turn up in retail packaging. For all I know could be a return second hand or worst case scenario fake. They say they buy in bulk and this is how they turn up. Find this hard to believe seen items packaging like this when items have been bought in a kit tho you still get retail packaging on the outside. Also date stamp suggests to me it was made in 2022 so 2 years old it seems. Another reason points to a return. Also last communication said they won't discuss anymore as I'm not in the trade. All this for a gift for my nephew and the simple request for retail packaging. Will never use again.
