   I got to know Jay after reading positive feedback about his company and his workmanship online. After meeting and agreeing on the price for our bathroom and kitchen renovation. He manages to start swiftly by removing the wall in the kitchen. After which he began to do the bathroom systematically. He adjusts as well to our needs of using this facility, hence we have less downtime as expected. He provided appropriate and expert suggestions if requested as he did many times in our case. He is also able to support in choosing the right material and company with regards to the materials needed. He understands as well that top quality is a must for his job, that is why he can wait for certain tasks to dry properly like the tiling and sealing the bathtub. After finishing the bathroom (wherein we are pleased), he then commenced the kitchen methodically. Alterations from the plan had been expected but he was able to adjust well and provide a better finish. He even suggested dependable electrician and gas man for safety reasons and with reasonable costs that are needed for the tasks. After completing the kitchen, identified or overlooked tasks were highlighted to him, for which he was quick to acknowledged and mended with ease. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome of these projects, undertaken by an experienced tradesman who have already considered me his friend. We definitely recommend him.

   jay was referred by one of my friend and colleague , so we decided to use JK building service to renovate our bathroom , kitchen sink ,carpet to laminated wooden floor for our living room and the outcome was fantablous and very much impressed with his work and felt worth the money too . Jay is very flexible ( even he turned up on late evening to fix some other issue ) and sincere to his work always on time, honest person.
