   DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. Awful workmanship and no respect for customers at all. We had Enza round in January to fit our bathroom sink. The whole process felt so rushed to the point where I was forced to spend £10 on a part on eBay only for it to not be used. I looked past the disorganization and rushedness as I trusted the many Google reviews. The work carried out was so messy and looked like it was done by someone who clearly had no skill in plumbing whatsoever. The pipes were fitted so badly that the under sink cabinet wouldn't even shut properly and there was huge amounts of unnecessary silicone everywhere. I overlooked the messiness and poor workmanship at the time because I thought "well atleast it works". Our skink is now leaking and we called Enza only for him to pretend to not no us and then to claim he doesn't do work in Coventry... He finally admitted he remembered us and his only response was that the job was ages ago... He asked us to text over dates for our availability which we did straight away only to be blanked. AWFUL AWFUL COWBOYS AVOID Update: due to no response or help from First Call Home Services we had to get another plumber out called Gallacher Plumbing (who is hands down 100% worth your money instead of this company)... Turns out First Call installed the wrong type of pipe and had cracked part of the pipework hence the unnecessary silicone to hide this. They also damaged the vanity unit in two places basically making it scrap. First calls shoddy work and disceatfulness is absolutely disgusting and I hope you don't waste your money with them.

   Fantastic plumbing services, definitely recommend. Initially called out as we had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Came out same day and fixed the problem very quickly with no hassle. Then called out a second time to fit a new radiator to the wall. Again no issues at all. Great customer service and rapid responses.

   We had a broken tap in the bathroom, and it was difficult to close it, the water was leaking. This company replaced the tap with a new one very quickly, everything was purchased and installed by themselves. The time spent was no more than 25 minutes. People are polite, clearly performed their work and were not distracted by anything.
