From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day โ something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Dannyโs excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that Iโd asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push โ just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldnโt hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!โ

โI work next door to this garage and my car decided it didnโt want to start after work so I asked if Unit One could help and jump my car for me, they warned me it wonโt start up again tomorrow because the battery wasnโt holding its voltage.. They very kindly offered to try and get me a battery asap so i wasnโt without a car, and they even managed to get it cheaper for me too! I was in and out within 30 minutes! I rang back at 1630 and was told to bring the car straight down, not only that, it was changed there and then so I didn't have to drop it off and come back!
