   Great garage. Went to get a wheel changed with a replacement I bought from eBay. Plenty of availability and friendly staff. Went above an beyond by also taking the plastic inserts out the old alloy and into the replacement alloy. Good pricing too. Thanks!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service at Kwik Fit Plus – Foleshill Road I had a fantastic experience at the Kwik Fit Plus MOT Test Centre on Foleshill Road. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day – something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Danny’s excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that I’d asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push – just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!

   Went for wheel alignment 1. Forgot to tight a front wheel bolt . 2. Steering was not in straight alignment with wheels. 3. Finally it feels better before than wheel alignment don’t know whyy!! Paid £ 87 for alignment and balancing for no use .

   Got us out of a tight spot when our tyre went completely flat 3 hours from home. Ended up replacing two. They were really busy and we waited a long time - could have used a bit more information about how long it would take to get to our car, but the service was friendly and they did a good job.

   Excellent service. Came in for 2 new tires and was told I needed an alignment, they showed me on the screen exactly how much the tracking was out by and what impacts this would have. In and out within an hour and open on a Sunday, very impressed, will be back next time I need replacement tires.

   My daughter's car had a slow puncture. Took it to Kwik Fit, Foleshill Road, Coventry this morning. From start to finish the service from them was second to none.    Service was not carried out on the day as scheduled so I had to reschedule. Only mot done. When I asked a question about something that is wrong with my car, I received a disinterested answer to get me to shut up about it, with zero empathy for an issue that is actually making it very difficult for me. In addition, the mechanic took down my phone holder without consulting with me first, which rendered the phone holder unusable, as it wasn't removed correctly, thus I incurred additional cost. I only came because I thought your garage was better than others and because my company has offered me a discount to use you but I won't be coming back.
