Today I popped in as a last resort for help with a random piece of DIY (I live just round the corner) - Ian couldn't have been more helpful and didn't even question it - 10 mins, solved my DIY issue and nothing to do with a car.    I have used Unit One time after time with my car, they are simply the best at what they do. The people there are honest, hard working and trustworthy people. I even had a last minute issue with my car when I was meant to drive to Austria and they did everything they could to fix it for me within a day. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

   Having done my vehicle service from Unit One last time and it still displays "service required" notification. Not sure if they really did the oil change this time. Plus its really hard to get any booking with them (always busy). Receptioniat got me a booking fr Friday but when I went there the rude guy said its next Friday. Staff as usuall rude and unprofessuonal. Not going there again.

   I work next door to this garage and my car decided it didn’t want to start after work so I asked if Unit One could help and jump my car for me, they warned me it won’t start up again tomorrow because the battery wasn’t holding its voltage.. They very kindly offered to try and get me a battery asap so i wasn’t without a car, and they even managed to get it cheaper for me too! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Extremely pleased with the service I received here, the staff were very kind and helpful to get my problem sorted, definitely some of the best service i’ve ever received from a garage!! Highly recommend

   Fast and efficient. Fixed the front brakes on my Honda Jazz with new rotors , caliper and pads very quickly which helped as I was only passing through and it was an emergency.

   Abbie on reception was great, from the minute I called she was really friendly and helpful. Same when I arrived to drop my car off. My car was in for MOT, the gentlemen went through everything with me thoroughly and recommended a good tyre company for the 2 needed. I’d feel totally confident taking my car back there, as a female it can be difficult to find a garage that doesn’t rip you off, I’ve had an experience like that before. I felt total confident there, very happy with the service and prices. Would recommend

   I've used Unit One Vehicle Services a few time for MOT and maintenance. The service has always been friendly, fast and efficient. On the one occasion my car had a very expensive fault which they explained to me very clearly and helped me arrive at the the most cost-effective decision for me, without any pressure. Will definitely use again.

   Very good at communicating, when my car failed it's MOT they called and told me what needed to be done for it to pass and told me how long it would take. There was also a small issue after completing the MOT that they didn't hesitate to help fix. Very nice people, highly recommend if you're in Kenilworth
