“I cannot speak highly enough of this family firm, it’s so nice to know that companies like this still exist. They are located off the Kenilworth Road near the garden centre, outside Balsall Common. No fancy waiting room, no plate glass, and chrome, just highly skilled body, repair operatives, not the easiest to find, but well worth the effort, if you call for directions, it’s simple enough. The quality of the repair on our vehicle is outstanding, the speed with which it was carried out is also highly commendable, it’s a little things that’s how nice to be the beneficiary of, such as they delivered the car back to me at home. I would recommend without hesitation.”

“I work next door to this garage and my car decided it didn’t want to start after work so I asked if Unit One could help and jump my car for me, they warned me it won’t start up again tomorrow because the battery wasn’t holding its voltage.. They very kindly offered to try and get me a battery asap so i wasn’t without a car, and they even managed to get it cheaper for me too! I was in and out within 30 minutes! Extremely pleased with the service I received here, the staff were very kind and helpful to get my problem sorted, definitely some of the best service i’ve ever received from a garage!! “Can’t recommend Charles enough, certainly knows his stuff. I went to him for Shockwave therapy which has totally sorted out my painful shoulder. Charles was really professional and his room is perfectly clean. Mostly I loved that he wasn’t at all pushy when it came to me rebooking the amount of future appointments needed. Free parking 2 mins away at the supermarket is also a fab bonus. Would 100% recommend him to my family and friends.”

“I booked in for an MOT nervously as the garage was new to me, it is easy to find and park, they were really genuinely polite welcoming and friendly, the car info was on the desk ready to proceed. The waiting area is very calm, clean and quiet with a loo. I was given tea. I could see the workshop on the CCTV it looked organised and tidy. I was very impressed with the whole outfit and staff. Good Honest and very fair, not too posh, not at all scruffy, just great, yes I will return, recommend for work required and Mot's, thank you.”
