   As a family we have used Cotterrell Auto Services many times and they are fantastic! Courteous service which really goes the extra mile. They are good value and never try to overcharge for anything, in fact I have know them not charge when they were well within their rights to do so. My son Sam's van was the latest to go in and their attention to that was superb - he really appreciated it. Highly recommended!

   Friendly reception and good communication but wasn’t totally convinced about the quote for work to be carried out. Lexus specialist had told me 45 mins for a job vs 3 hrs quoted. Maybe just the difference between using a specialist who knows my particular car.

   Used them for the first time as I was unable to travel to the Ford dealership I normally use because of civil restrictions. My 15 reg Focus was due for an MOT. I booked in for 10:30 they started it at 10:30 and a waited in an isolated area. There costumer service was excellent, the mechanic was excellent and overall it was faultless. Will use them in future for all of my servicing and repairs.

   Cant understand all the good reviews, the guy was really grumpy. quoted me on the phone without VAT and added on when they car was ready. why not just say the total price with VAT when its already written down in his notes? At least some sympathy would have been appreciated. Overall seems v. expensive
