Have now used them twice via BlackCircles to get new tyres on both my cars. First time was brilliant, they swapped all 4 tyres in ~45 mins while I waited. Guys are genuine and didnt try to raise new work/sell me other services as most places do. I will be going back in the future. Second time was just the rears, took them 45 mins and when I picked the car up, the TPMS light was on. I could see the guy trying to figure out resetting it for 15 mins but to no avail (eventually they handed over the keys and I left as needed to be somewhere). After trying the manufacturers proceedure myself I have come to assume the sensor was broken during the removal of the wheel.

Great service from Crackley Garage. Had somewhat of an emergency with a leaking fuel filler pipe and the garage responded to get the replacement pipe installed with very little notice. They also repaired a couple of other problems as well along the way. Highly recommended.

I have been using Crackley Garage for a number of years for our family cars and they are always faultless. I recently took my Honda S2000 to Crackley Garage after an engine warning light appeared. They quickly diagnosed the issue and order the replacement sensor. This was fitted and there were issues with the replacement sensor as a result we agreed that it needed a Honda sensor to be fitted. Crackley were then messed around by Honda in Stratford, initially advising the sensor would be there in days, then that out needed to come from Belgium. After repeated chasing of Honda the sensor was finally delivered to Crackley however they then advised it would be an additional £160. Given the time it had taken they agreed they would pay the additional amount. I am blown away by the generosity. Would highly recommend using Crackley Garage

I booked in for an MOT nervously as the garage was new to me, it is easy to find and park, they were really genuinely polite welcoming and friendly, the car info was on the desk ready to proceed. The waiting area is very calm, clean and quiet with a loo. I was given tea. I could see the workshop on the CCTV it looked organised and tidy. I was very impressed with the whole outfit and staff. Good Honest and very fair, not too posh, not at all scruffy, just great, yes I will return, recommend for work required and Mot's, thank you.

Best service with my Kuga I've ever had from a garage and I'm 81 years old. Thoroughly recommend this garage for all your requirements.

Phoned for a price on bearing replacement and was called back within 10 mins with a quote. Booked in the next week and the job was done perfectly and at what I considered to be value for money. I’ll not hesitate to use them again.

Myself and my family have used Crackley garage many times for service/fixes and tyres and always had very good service and at a fair price. I recently had my Jaguar F-Pace air conditioning fixed, - again a great job. I can genuinely recommend this Garage.

I have not been there, but the managing director came to our welding training facility to collect his welding set. We need welder's as there is a shortage and I can teach anybody.

AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS,!!! Recently visited Crackley Garage for an MOT on my Citroen car. My car did fail the MOT on wishbone bushes etc so I authorised for both sides to be replaced at a cost of over £360 which was not a problem and safety comes first in my eyes.... however Crackley Garage even charged me an EXTRA FEE for laser wheel alignment which should have been all withing the cost from the start. Speaking with one of the staff/owners name James on the breakdown of the MOT failure. He seemed rather abrupt and somewhat arrogant on the telephone, therefore, I was not impressed and passed the call onto my husband who certainly would not put up James arrogance as I did. Yes he maybe busy or even stressed, but we are paying customers and he needs to restrain his attitude and realise without customers his business will fail. He explained to my husband that my car had failed the Mot not just the bushes/wishbones etc but also 2 x mis-spaced number plates and also an advisory for a simple sat-nav holder in the lower centre of the screen which could have been simply removed by anyone. Just to confirm that the two original number plates that where already fitted to the car for more than eight years and have passed eight previous MoT inspections with no FAILS or ADVISORY...... Crackley Garage failed the MOT because they did not meet their over the top money grabbing requirement. On collection of the car my husband checked the original plates which are standard size, colour and lettering....compared to the Crackley Garage new plates, there is EXACTLY (10 mm) different space against the new plates (numbers on the left to the letters to the right) and we feel that it did not warrant an MOT failure. We also feel that garages like Crackley Garage are finding ways to make extra revenue for not real just cause and will not pass your car MOT until you pay the price which just makes them more profit and winds up the customer overall... SHAME ON YOU!!. Would I use Crackley Garage again NO, I just don't trust them.
