   Great honest garage. R.A.C approved. I had a faulty clutch autulator, which they diagnosed. It was malfunctioning. Due to brand of car Mitsubishi they advised me get the repair done at the dealership, because of special computer programming of the new part required. Which only the dealership has. I was able to stay in there reception area while awaiting transportation of the car to the dealership. I am gratful they found the dealership for me (Hinckley) I would not have known about this other company a big thank you to all at VRS. I only had to pay for diagnosic test. A reasonally price.

   I broke whilst travelling with work and rang these guys first thing in the morning following a jump start from RAC. I’d already parked my car outside the night before so was hoping they could fit me in last minute. When I called up they had no issue fitting me in and beat the quote I had been given by the RAC for an at home fix two days later (which would have left my stuck). They ordered the part and fixed my battery within a matter of hours meaning I was home as expected that evening. Great service, very friendly and professional - it’s a shame I’m not local because a good garage is hard to come by! Thanks again for your help :)

   Great service! Took my car in due to a rattle coming from the back driver's side area, they found the issue what turned out to be the suspension and were able to sort it out at a very reasonable price. 5* would recommend.

   The desk service was great, and I was grateful for fitting my van in for an MOT at the last minute. However, the van failed the MOT on a wiper blade that I am certain was in perfect condition on arrival. (I tested it at Coombe Abbey & had driven 500+ miles the previous week with no issues.) A 20mm gouge like the one found would have been impossible to miss, not to mentioned would have left a dirty missed streak in the screen. While I can't be certain what happened, the balance of probability is enough for me to share my experience and take my other vehicles elsewhere

   This bloke is completely untrustworthy he told me that many lies! He said they had done a 6 mile STANDARD ROAD TEST after the work he had done but the rac report shows different also his own receipts show different! Our phone conversations he told me were being recorded so when I asked for a copy, the next day they had been deleted! I asked for his diagnostic report and he said they had been thrown away! Next day he sends me a report which he found! Which shows different information from the rac and his own receipts! Make your own minds up I have proof of all this, and I won’t return to this garage. I hope you potential customers find this helpful.

   In short its a loot business practice in this garage. During booking they are explaining process but once you drop car for MOT then you will be use as ATM for them. They did service and charged full without checking history and need the service and failed the MOT. Later they will quote you another big bill for MOT to be pass. Went to another garage and realised that there was no such need of repair for MOT and could have pass easily. After that experience , I read some of the reviews what I should read before booking with them and realised that I was not the first one for such practice and experience with this garage....

   Drove by to see if they could do an MOT at short notice whilst I was working in Coventry. Lovely people, very welcoming. Left the car and returned, by arrangement, after office hours to collect. Cheap as chips (£25). Clean premises and polite people. Highly recommended.
