Had my audi a3 in for DPF issues. They were able to find the root cause and fix the issue with a reasonable price. Gave me good advice for preventing the issue from recurring and overall good customer service. The staff are knowledgable and know what they are doing so I would highly recommend
One of the worst places. They do not even know how to speak to potential customers. I called to ask about a possible time to bring in my car but the person i spoke to was extremely rude and told me we are busy and no need to come if you cant listen. No decency nor good customer service.
Honest and great service. Needs to have a wider gate though.

One of the worst places for customer service and service in general - they not only damaged the boot door lock of my partner's car but they tried to give the ridiculous justification that it was more secure that way. On another visit the lady receptionist was extremely rude to customers and kept talking about how bad her work life was to someone on the phone. I'll be advising anyone i know not to visit this place and I would give this a -5 star review if it was possible. Visit this place at your own risk.
I took my car to a local Peugeot garage due to a noise I was hearing whilst driving. After they had inspected it they told me that it was my shock absorbers and that it would cost me £900 to repair. I was a bit shocked to think that all 4 shock absorbers had failed are the same time. So I thought I better get a second opinion. I came across HBP Motors whilst I was on my travels and popped in. The chap took it out for a test drive and put it on the ramp and did an initial check. He was sure that it wasn't the shock absorbers, but not totally sure what it was. I booked my car in, dropped it off and they had it for a couple of days. They got to the route problem and it was something to do with tracking rods or something like that. As always you worry how much it was going to cost. So I was sitting down and they said £145. I jumped up with joy. I gave them the go ahead and it was ready for me to collect the following day. All I can say is that I know I will be taking my car there in the future if I have any problems. Thank you so much for a job well done and honesty. Jay
These done a great job on my MK4 Mondeo. They are so professional. Done a mot and they showed me everything that needed doing. Shocks, trailing bushings and shocks at a reasonable price. They don't try and scam people. Just really nice guys.
