   EXPENSIVE and POOR Works!! .. l do not recommend this garage for your car's repair etc! 2-weeks ago, my Rover attention was in with the mature owner(who sits in reception) .. his son had told me he was a "Rover man" which seemed to suit the needs of my older Rover car! ln the end, he only looked at 2 of the 3 items l listed(ignored the wheel binding) .. charged me far too much of a bill .. and 2-weeks on, l discovered today the Air Filter Box was unsecured!(screws were not tightened) and it was unobvious to look at, so l didn't know! The engine has now started to cut-out at lights! Find another garage for your car please!

   Very overpriced for work completed. Patronising service and will take advantage on your lack of knowledge. Car only needed an oil change and instead, for no reason, received a full service without asking me. x3 the cost.

   I booked my car in for repairs to my handbrake and a replacement O2 sensor. After 5 hours he called to say they couldn't do the repair to the brake as they would need to do the other brakes first and then see if it affected the handbrake. They had tested the sensor and said it wasn't working (three people had already told me this) but they couldn't be sure of getting the part and it was likely to be a couple of hundred pounds. I understand that they needed to check this for themselves rather than rely on word of mouth, but they wouldn't let me have the car back until they had done a second diagnostic at 3pm. Why they expected it to be different then I can't say. Also I thought they could have investigated prices and availability of parts when I booked it in, otherwise everyone is wasting their time. So all in all they did nothing except plug a computer in, I wasted a day's annual leave, spent £48 on yet another diagnosis and my car is the same.

   I've used KLN Services for a few years now and their service has always been spot on. I used to worry about taking my car to a garage as a woman but these guys are professional and always look after me and my cars. They are speedy as well and go the extra mile in dropping my car off after as I live locally and have some mobility issues. Arranging my MOT is always a breeze, I get a text when it is due and simply reply to book in. This time I needed an oil change and had a couple of warning lights for tire pressure and a low battery in my key fob. They took care of everything the same morning and brought my car back over lunch time. I honestly cannot sing their praises high enough!

   took my granddaughters peugeot 206 to K L N with low oil pressure at low idle speed, Nigel & lee checked it all over , it was in the garage for 3days and keeper me informed everyday with things they had checked. new oil pump was found to be at fault, new pump fit car is now running like it should will definitely use KLN again if needed, and it didn't cost a fortune to fix well done
