Highly recommended garage. Professional and no nonsense service from Mat and Tony. They did an Mot and advised me where to go to get a tyre after failing on a dangerous tyre. They even called another garage to get a year's ticket on the same day after getting a tyre.
Really thought these guys were genuine trustworthy mechanics! Until the starter motor they fitted failed. Just had it a year took it back they said £135 for starter motor and to fit it if it’s cash £180. Not even a discount for only having the last one one year. So I priced the starter motor up and found out it was only £100 and three bolts to undo and fit my son did it for me. So won’t be going back there again shame they lost a good customer. They are only interested if it cash so it doesn’t go through the books.
Excellent service good mechanics Matt and Tony know their stuff and are very competitively priced. Very polite attentive to customers and will help you out if possible. Ive taken my cars and the wife’s to Tony and Matt and always have a high standard of work. Jobs done quickly and very well. Can’t rate these guys high enough. Would recommend to anybody wanting quality work at reasonable prices. Quick and professional keep up the good work it’s very rare to find people who do the work right in this day and age. thought they were friendly and good, been going there 3 years since I got my car when i first got my brakes changed there. Was changing my brakes yesterday and they tightened the bolts so tight on the left side that they all snapped when trying to unscrew them. After the first one snapped i drove to the closest mechanic who struggled to get them out, all ended up snapping and we had to drill all of them out. The other side was fine so only the left side was tightened stupidly tight… When i changed my brakes there they also squeaked for 2 years straight (I was told they would squeak for a few weeks as they are new), my current new ones haven’t squeaked once since changing. Disappointed to say the least, i thought they were trust worthy
I took my car into a local garage for a minor repair. Somehow there was short circuit, which blew fuses. My car was left at the road side for weeks, said they couldn’t find the fault. I took the car away and left it at Coventry Car Centre, within an hour, they had found the faults, repaired them, and it was back on the road, running perfectly. Hats off to Tony and his team, they are brilliant. Will definitely be using again. Michael MacDonald
My ford focus (non-runner) had an issue with an engine, took car to them they diagnosed it and needed an engine change, well overall support and advice from Matt and Tony with full explanation throughout and work well done Thanks a lot….. definitely I will recommend it
First garage after many that could actually help me. Identified my problem and solved it to the point that my car is running better than it has in years. Great communication and was balanced in what they would deliver. I will definitely be using this garage from now on and would recommend to others
I took my car in to fix my window wipers I know it wasn’t a easy job as they kept it all day and worked on it (worked over there working hours) They rang me to keep me updated And rang me as soon as my parts come in and fitted me in a day later Brilliant service and a great job! Thank you again!!
