   Amazing service. Quoted us 150-200 cheaper than the other garages around. Stayed late to get my car back after a quick turnaround, fair prices for labour and very open and honest team that do a great lot with a small area. Not sure why it's only a 4.2 star rating, the old reviews need revisiting. Thanks again!

   I have used them to do my MOT there and regular service. Very honest with the prices, you have a choice to get parts and pay for labour or both. Your receipt has a breakdown of all the parts/labour. They haven't overcharged or come up with new things to fix to get money off the customer. Friendly as well. Will use again.

   In the past, they have been excellent, in all respects. Excellent work done at a competitive price in both the repairs side and the MOT side. Dealing with anxiety I also liked that I could contact them via messages in Google maps (with a prompt response) instead of phone calls and they are very local to me. This should be a perfect review but I contacted them for a quote recently and they replied within 5 minutes to say that their parts suppliers were closed and they would get the quote over to me first thing Monday, I was fine with this but Monday came and went. A week went by so I followed up with a message to prompt for the quote, but no reply. I called in the shop the next day and was assured that the office staff were working from home and someone would get the quote over to me ASAP. That was a week and half ago now and nothing not even a message to say they are really busy and short staffed, just ignored. It seems they don't care about customer service (or are unable to separate work life and home life, working from home), not even for returning customers. Such a shame really for them to lose a loyal customer because they couldn't just get a response of any nature to a quote request.

   In a nutshell....stay well clear. Shoddy workmanship. Charged £240 for "new" alternator. Broke down 2 days later. RAC said faulty alternator. Was then told by these that I'd have to pay for another alternator while this one was sent back. Took to allen ford and it cost £440 to repair their work. Awful
