Horrible experience , extremely rip off . Not recommended at all , had to pay more than 3 times to get my Audi fixed

It was a very very costly experience. Car auxiliary belt broke down and AA recovery was used to bring car to this garage. After 5 days they called and quoted me around £570 after diagnosis and mentioned auxiliary belt and tensioner needed replacing. I checked prices from other grages and highest price was £350 from Halfords and cheapest was £220 , mentioned this to them but as my car wasn’t moving so I had to accept this quote. I was called that car is fixed and come to collect , later the day when I went to collect car I paid £500 , sat in car and steering wasn’t moving , called the owner and he said steering fluid was leaking, he filled it again and stewing was making weird noises , he said steering fluid pump broke , which wasn’t the case before when I took car , neither was I told when they quoted me for repair , asked me to leave car & next morning I was quoted another £460 for steering fluid pump , it was either do it or don’t . I argued that why I wasn’t told before , even on first invoice there was £79 plus vat charged for diagnoses . I had to spent £960 in total for that work that could have been done for £200 - - £300 Really disappointing and expensive experience

Lazy and not experiences mechanics. Two weeks waiting for appointment and when was time they even didn't touch my car. Give them enough info regarding my issue and they even didn't run proper diagnostics or check the car for visible problems. Find another mechanic who locate the problem for less than 30 minutes. Wery disappointed. Neither my cars nor my friends' cars will ever set foot here again. I highly do not recommend!

Wouldn’t take a bicycle there took them 6 weeks to change a relay and a battery charged me a fortune because they hade too call an “electrician “ only to realise when i got the car back home that now it has more issues then before…. In the end there was an exposed wire under the fuse box that no one noticed…don’t call yourself a specialist if you have no clue of what you’re doing

If you're looking for a competitive routine maintenance Im sure these guys are great. I took my car to these guys because i thought as a specialist they would know what they were doing. It took them 2 days to tell me what I already knew (oil leak) and a further 2 days to tell me where it was coming from. I was told by the owner Ali personally that he would look after me on the price, so when he told me £50 p/h labour I was happy. The part I needed was unfortunately an Audi only part. The lovely lady at the desk quoted me approx £250 part and 3 hours labor. What they failed to mention AT ANY POINT was that this price was NOT inclusive of VAT. So I had been mislead in to a £500 tab for an oil leak that I could have done myself. Whats worse, was when I got the car home and oil continued to drip on the drive. I found that the garage had not even take the time to clean away the oil that had been left from the leak. A pretty standard operation for an oil leak job you would have thought. As first mentioned, if you have routine maintenance these guys are probably great. But for diagnostics AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This place was recommended by my mum who had used them a few times and it was urgent, my battery was flat and needed a new one within 2 days. I rang and spoke to the lovely receptionist who said they could do it today! I had to wait until my breakdown service arrived to see if they could sort it and if not to ring them back. I rang back at 1630 and was told to bring the car straight down, not only that, it was changed there and then so I didn't have to drop it off and come back! Excellent customer service, and efficient, fast work on car easily within an hour!! Thank you so much!
