   Recently had my car fixed at FMG Hinckley through my insurance company, all staff were really friendly and cheerful, car has been fixed and cleaned and was completed within an excellent time frame. Was worried as some reviews weren't great but I have no complaints at all. Really really happy with the service and so happy to have my car back so fast! 5*

   Absolutely shocked at the lack of safety at this garage. My car has been delivered back to me with serious brake issues and suspension problems, the car bangs horrendously when driving and then vibrates when brakes. It’s not road worthy and I feel sick to my stomach they seemed this safe for me to drive with my children. My 3 year old was frightened the bangs were so loud. The staff are rude. The communication is non existent and I wouldn’t allow them to work on a Little Tykes plastic car, let alone a real car.

   Avoid this place at all costs refuse to take care for a repair there my mercedes went there for work non fault accident my car was badly repaired had to reject it twice due to bad repair was showing rust poor paint and really bad service from them got my car back today after nearly a week for a tyre that had not been replaced after crash was told had repair but was flat when went to pick up was told by insurance to leave car outside fmg as should have been changed only to get email saying if not moved police will be informed to move it just a joke from start to finish and to top it off returned my car today absolutely filthy if only I had seen the reviews online from people and even the staff it's all online I wouldn't have ever let this garage near my car hopefully this will stop someone else from what I have been through over the last 2 months

   Terrible service !! Lasted 3 months and still had to wait an hour to collect my car as repairs not completed properly and the car was dirty. I also suspect my car might have been damaged during this time :( No apology. No recognition of the inconvenience caused.
