The labour charge of £165.00 an hour and being charged over £300.00 to tell me where my oil leak was coming from, something a normal mechanic could have done in 10 minutes. I will still have another service plan with you because on that front you are very good. My normal registered Audi mechanic is able to do the exact same job for about half or £600.00 and it certainly does not take 7 hours to change a front crankcase flange and seal. It is actually about 3½ hours in reality, from a registered Audi mechanic
I was there for a Service and an MOT, The staff was very helpful And bringing me coffees’s And biscuits. The video was very thorough showing me the depth of the tire tread Also, the changing of the oil. The service advisor, Daniel Jones was efficient and knowledgeable . and my car was returned to me hoovered and cleaned. I’ve been returning since 2003 for my new cars and my Service’s very pleased thank you.
Initial contact and service from the staff is very good, quality of courtesy car also very good and Ava was brilliant. Unfortunately thats where it ends for my experience. 1 issue I had no feedback on (battery performance) trim left unclipped and one issue is worse now than when I sent it in.

Went there for the gear box oil change. As it happens every time, I am speechless regarding their services. I am impressed every time with their kindness, spotless shop and work.
Overall a great experience with effective communication and comprehensive explanations about the work completed. I would say however that I wasn’t impressed with the supposed clean that they offered as part of the service. The car came back in the same condition it was delivered in - not filthy but not spotless either. If you’re going to advertise this as part of the service then it’s probably best to fulfil this to manage customer expectations.

Listers Audi Coventry did the MOT on my Audi. From the moment I arrived, staff were courteous and attentive. Advice on diagnostics and any possible replacements was emailed to me with photos, and explained face to face by a member of staff. Someone else also brought frequent tea and biscuits while I was waiting. Nothing was done without my understanding the implications and the cost. And the final bill was far less than I was expecting. So all in all a very impressive service.
