As I had to be back in London in the evening, they booked me in and by midday, they diagnosed the fault and fixed the fault and gave me a full report. “I sent my partner to have all my tyres replaced because one got a puncture… I know that doesn’t make sense- it’s a long story, don’t judge. Anyway, turns out punctures can be repaired for like £30! Luke could’ve taken advantage of the situation to make Kwik-Fit an extra £600, but he didn’t- for which I am very grateful :) Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and are susceptible to falling down rabbit holes designed to convince you that you need stuff that you don’t!”
