I went there for an exhaust replacement, they fitted it poorly, and denied any wrong doing. The exhaust was rattling all the time. They tried to say it was the cat. Convertor and quoted a possible 800 pounds. My garage had to re-fit it. It cost just under 100 pounds and hasn't given me a problem since. Not recommended to go to these guys.

I sent my partner to have all my tyres replaced because one got a puncture… I know that doesn’t make sense- it’s a long story, don’t judge. Anyway, turns out punctures can be repaired for like £30! Luke could’ve taken advantage of the situation to make Kwik-Fit an extra £600, but he didn’t- for which I am very grateful :) Highly recommend, especially if you’re like me and are susceptible to falling down rabbit holes designed to convince you that you need stuff that you don’t!

After a poor experience at the Northampton branch which left the balancing of the wheels incorrect and the steering wheel shaking. I spoke to Jamie i believe,who promptly answered the phone,gave me a allocated time. Slightly odd layout from parking to entrance however didn't effect the service. Wasnt ignored at reception and instantly the work was related to a co worker who used a seat cover and clean gloves to bring my car in. The balancing was redone and tracking checked within 30mins and ready to go. The balancing was previously well out and redone and the tracking was fine.my car instantly drove straight and no more shaking of the steering wheel.. everything you expect when having tyres replaced. The customer area isn't the best environment and the toilets are a state the same, which do let it down as the service is so much better. Just a little love and pride for the place would make such a difference for customers experience. Overall a positive experience,hassle free prompt work carried out in a good manner. Pictures are weight on wheel added at Northampton and the correct weight required done at rugby..no issues afterwards. Regret not using rugby in the first place.

By far the quickest and most reliable garage I’ve used for an MOT. Booking an MOT was straightforward, arrived and was told to come back in an hour. Originally had failed but instead of pondering around to tell me it had failed the technician cracked on and sorted it out as it was a quick fix, they also didn’t charge me for it. The entire MOT was done within 40 minutes, overall Friendly staff and clean facilities would definitely go back again.

They give you 10 days after the MOT to get everything fixed on your car before charging you an MOT again. They do this because it takes them 10 days to actually pick up the phone. After I got through the first time, I asked for a quote. They never got back to me or answered the 30+ phonecalls over the last couple days. Dont waste your time

The car looks good, but the Lady who was there...didn't want to tell me anything and when I asked something (like when can I go back? Will I get a paper about what happened to my car?) she looked at me as if I were crazy, even though I was kind and gentle. She didn't smile, she didn't even want to look at me. I felt like she just wanted me to get out of the store. And the meeting? I booked at 10:30 and it was ready 2 hours later. (only oil and filter change) I can only hope that they do their job better than they communicate with people.

My car was dropped at Kwik Fit Rugby after the branch was closed, as my tyre had completely blown and down to metal rim. When I phoned in the morning to ask if it was possible to fix my car, I was impressed by the excellent customer service and efficiency in how I was supported. My car was repaired and ready to collect within an hour. I had been advised of the full cost with another call and everything went like clockwork. My experience restored my faith in customer service, which was lacking from other company’s that I had dealt with over my car brake-down. I am not local to Rugby, so unfortunately won’t be able to use the branch regularly, but would encourage others to use their services.
