Very expensive for the service offered. Charging more than double for a diagnostics check compared to other garages in Rugby. Also states that they had fixed one small issue but then the warning light came on moments after driving off. Shan’t be using them again.
Our oil light came on in the middle of our journey, luckily these guys were so close and helped us out no question, providing oil, pumping up the tyres, and giving the car a quick once over. Absolutely recommend!
My usual garage couldn't fit me in for new brakes for a few weeks, so I rang AutoDiag after seeing recommendations online. Not only did they squeeze me in really quickly despite being busy, they were so accommodating, friendly and brilliant price. I was able to sit in the waiting area and work while using the super comfy reclining chairs with a cup of tea and Marley the dog for company. Safe to say these guys are going to be my new regular garage!
Jez, Sam and the lads here are great. I've struggled to find somewhere that I trust &feel comfortable with, after 10years of driving.Other mechanic s I found gave did amounts, didn't seem to car aslong as they got paid. But these guys are great. My 18yo also uses them and they don't talk down to you like your stupid( even thou we don't know about cars). The advice is great, the prices are more than reasonable. I completely have faith and trust in these guys... Massive THANK YOU
I initially took my Ford Focus to Allen Ford in Rugby for an airbag light issue, expecting a call with an outcome during the day. They also spent additional time totting up other things wrong with the car - without my permission - and text me a video of an 'inspection' adding to the cost which was £122. The only call I received during the day around the text with the inspection was 'my car is now ready for collection'. Disgusted at the service, I took the car over to AutoDiag after posting in 'Rugby Recommends' group on Facebook. Lot's of people recommended them. They haven't only sorted out the airbag light, but also some of the issues picked up by Ford, and 90% cheaper than Ford were quoting! Will never use main dealer again - will certainly use AutoDiag next time! Thanks guys - Owain
I just came back from this garage today and was very pleased with the repair work and service I received. Jeremy - the owner of the garage is a very friendly and honest person. He has rich knowledge in his job and identified the problem of my heated mirror very quickly. He has not only fixed it in very short period of time, but also charged a reasonable price. If I went to the dealer, the bill would easily have been doubled. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his garage to anyone.
