   I'm fed up with paying main dealer prices and I question the depth of knowledge Audi technicians have. VASSTECH have been brilliant, really friendly welcome, Guaranteed AUDI parts, very prompt service, technicians who know what they are doing, all for considerably cheaper than the main dealer. My car is under warranty which is all covered as well. Highly recommended

   Booked my car in for some work quoted a day to sort which was fine, 5 mins before closing had to call to see if ok to collect and told it is a bigger job than they thought will have to re book. But left with warning lights on!!! Rebooked for another day but they took 2 days to do the job then gave a list of other faults with the car and quoted me a for all the work. Let's just say took to a VW dealership and the list of jobs was done in 4 hrs AND £628 cheaper and all fault codes cleared. STAY WELL CLEAR.

   As a motor dealer I am very happy to recommend Vasstech Auto Services. We contacted them on Thursday as our customer local to them had a concerning noise that had developed on the car we had supplied them. Within 24 hours Vasstech had inspected the car and found a stone that had got stuck in the braking system and got our customer back on the road. Brilliant and professional service, thank you.

   There can sometimes be a bit of a wait to get your car booked in for a service or MOT here, this is only indicative of how many satisfied customers Vasstech has. Great communication while your car is with them and much cheaper than using a main dealer.

   I've used Vasstech for quite a few years now and find them efficient and reliable. The customer service has always been fantastic and the staff are superb. I did have a minor complaint going back a few years ago (and often this will put me off using a business), but it was dealt with so well by Nathalie that I was more than happy to continue using Vasstech and it even strengthened my loyalty to them.
