Really helpful great place £25 for mot on a motorbike they don't work on bikes but they will mot them
Friendly staff, they checked my car after Halfords pointed out a lot of work needed on my MOT. Took to Windsor Garage where they did a check and found nowhere near as many things to fix! When choosing new tyres I asked for advice on which price bracket to choose and was recommended the cheaper ones. I really liked this garage and how I was treated in every interaction with them.
Amazing customer service and friendly staff at the front desk. Extremely honest about pricing on various parts and products and the technicians are great at giving a professional explanation about the issue with the vehicles they work on.
Friendly, Fast, no faff, straightforward, good service. Will go again next year for my MOT and servicing. Definitely recommend!
I fully apologize for the last review, it was meant to be 5 stars because of the help and advice from Lisa who I've known for a number of years, the bodyshop she recommended was very helpful.
It seems gone are the good old days when you could book your car in for a service and it be ready for collection within a reasonable period. I booked my car in for a service and arrived (at 8am) on the scheduled day. I was met with a not so friendly greeting. I wasn't expecting champagne and a red carpet, but just a smile and/or 'Hello' would have been nice. Perhaps my prior 'additional information' request that if possible I could have the car back by 11.15am had something to do with it; perhaps not!!! I also asked them to look at and if possible repair the hinges on my offside rear door. They made a note of my request and said that I would be called when the vehicle was ready for collection. Well, I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, I received a call a 4.20pm - coincidentally just enough time for me to get there before their 5pm closing time. No word concerning what exactly had been done and no repaired door. Maybe the fact that their contract is with my organisation rather than directly with means there is no requirement to engage with me whatsoever. All in all, a not so good experience!!!
The most honest garage I have ever been to. The team have always done their best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Great value and customer service!
Excellent and personable service, very professional, great communication and above and beyond in terms of customer care. I dealt with Nigel and received continuity as I was not in the local area and had purchased a vehicle known to the garage. He arranged collection of the vehicle from the seller, MOT, repair, replacements etc. He supported me to register the vehicle online in my name and get the paper work in order. I travelled via train to collect the vehicle and he collected me from the station and was flexible due to train delays. He offered me refreshments and guided me to the motorway for my journey home.
Excellent Garage as we Originally Started with his Father's Garage & after his Father' retired his Son has taken Over. I believe in total now of 15 year's Servicing & MOT on Both of our Cars' always a call if a problem or parts needed. Very Happy with Service definitely would recommend. Many thanks David H
