   They were okay at best. About eight months ago, my Jag’s brakes were recorded as worn, pitted, or scored on all four corners, and since then the pedal has become noticeably spongy. When I booked the car in, I specifically asked them to thoroughly check the condition of the discs and pads and I was prepared to spend a reasonable amount to have all pads and discs replaced. I handed over the keys and was assured the brakes would be properly checked and a non-logged MOT will be performed as well - this was recommended. When I collected the car, all I was told was, “Yeah, it would have passed the MOT if it was today.” No pads measurements or disc observations was provided. Given the documented brake issues and my explicit request, that response felt dismissive and frankly unacceptable. It felt like £39 completely wasted. That said, the guy who serviced me was decent and professional, and the environment itself was welcoming and clean. Unfortunately, those positives don’t make up for how the brake concerns were handled.

   Once again another great service and MOT. From dropping off the car I was confident it was in good hands, Received a well detailed video of what's going on under the car (somewhere you usually dont get to see) Advised of an issue caused by another garage (twisted brake hose) corrected on the spot. Full detailed report when collecting the car advising of any future problems. More importantly they don't rip you off!

   Fantastic service. I booked an MOT and interim service online. Dropped it off before work (they have a key drop box) and walked to pick it up at lunchtime. Got a text reminder a couple days before and when it was ready to pick up. They even sent me a video of the underside of my car pointing out all the things they'd checked and what to look out for! Staff were helpful, friendly, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary maintenance. Nice waiting area. Good price too. Don't usually leave Google reviews but these guys are fab.

As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, some garages can be intimidating - these guys are really welcoming and took the time to show me what was wrong with my brakes before fixing them.    Excellent customer service, James was really helpful and good communication. I was struggling to find anywhere that could replace the clutch on my van in the same week. Someone recommended this garage and they said they could do it this week. Dropped it off Tuesday night after closing - easy to get recovered to and left it round the back, keys in Dropbox. Now…they never actually did the repair due to unforeseen circumstances. But…when James called me to let me know this on Friday morning, he had already found another local garage willing and able to get the job done that day. Completely trust these guys and would recommend thoroughly - they gave away a £800 repair to another garage just to make sure that I got the vehicle back when I needed.
